A bit of a spring clean

As you probably noticed we've released a small update to the theme of the site and we're in the process of reorganising and updating the main menu. Casino Listings is now better able to handle visits from mobile phones as the site will reformat to fit the phone rather than the phone having to shrink the site to fit the screen, if that makes sense! If you're on a big computer monitor you can try resizing your browser window to see what I mean.

Let me know here if you notice any bugs or have any suggestions .. or even complaints! 😉

I have to say that I really enjoy the look of the new menu. Very intuitive and I haven't run into any mis-clicks like I occasionally had on the old theme. Well done!

So you're a fan of the OMG HUGE tabs? We had a bit of discussion about that, for and against. I'm in the "for" camp! 😉

Oh I am definitely for. In my old age the bigger the better (that's what she said) as I can actually read them.

Great. As part of google's decision to penalize sites that are not mobile friendly, they have created a webpage for site owners to test their sites and find out if they meet google's mobile friendly test. Here is the link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/

In any event, I checked and casinolistings passed with flying colors. See Attached pic.

Yes that is exactly why we had to drop everything and get it done pronto. We ran some other google test that scored the home page 98/100 for mobiles so I think we're good for now, until they decide to change something else in future!
