Loads of new free games - Microgaming and Net Ent

39 replies • Last post

We have added a heap of new games (almost 100!) from Microgaming to our free casino games arcade. One note for U.S. visitors - you won't see these games listed on the free games index because sadly Microgaming won't even let you play them in fun mode.

A couple of my favourites:

We also have a couple of new Net Entertainment games that everyone can play and as usual with Net Ent games, they are quite innovative:

And another from Net Ent: Egyptian Heroes

Free Egyptian Heroes slot machine - the unique feature of this one is the Golden Bet Line. Every spin a random payline is chosen for you and if you land a winning combination on that line the win is multiplied from 2x - 5x (the multiplier is random too).

I'd also like to add that CL is adding tags to the free games based on their themes (e.g. Egypt, magic, treasure, etc.) and their features (e.g. expanding wilds, free spins, etc.). Gamers will soon be able to search for free games on the CL site using these filters!

Tagging games is a very good idea,I guess that most of the players do not search the games by the software developer as most of the websites offer, but by the themes in the games, so this will be very convenient way to find a game of your taste:)

Yes that is the idea. The tagging is done, we just have to come up with a nice front end to allow you to find the games using the tags!

For now, at the bottom of every page is a "Tags" link. You can use that to find games if you like.

Wow it's really cool! 8) the tags even differ in the size,I guess it is reflected by amount of objects tagged under the same word, so if somebody searches for some unique content, the smallest tags are for them lol

And here are the two latest Net Entertainment games that we just added today:

  • Kings of Chicago: this one is like a cross between video poker and a slot. You win when you are dealt poker hands of 3 of a kind or better. Also has a "free deals" mode.
  • Frankenstein: Based on the old horror movie of the famous story. I like the linked wilds in this one. When you spin a wild it branches out into other symbol spaces to give you more wilds.

This was only my third spin when testing Frankenstein. I spun 2 wild symbols but they spread around to give me 6 in total and this mega win!

- Mega Fortune

We have just added the latest Net Entertainment game, Robin Hood: Shifting Riches.

This one has another innovative new feature from Net Ent - the shifting reels. Its a little bit like the cascade feature some new slots have, but instead when you have a winning spin, the reels all move one place to the right and the new leftmost reel is spun along with an incrementing multiplier. This means you can hit multiple wins on a single spin.

Check it out, its pretty fun:

Today we added Net Entertainment's latest game, called Mythic Maiden.

Its fair to say that it is not as spectacular as other recent releases from NetEnt. But it does have an interesting free spins mode where every free spin you make is multiplied by a random multiplier which could be anything from 2x to 10x. So you can achieve some huge wins if you hit something good while in free spins mode.

Have a go and tell us what you think:

Net Ent keeps churning out the new games. This time we have Victorious, a cartoon-style game themed on Ancient Rome. It features the 243 ways system which means you win if the symbols run left to right regardless of paylines, and free spins with a 3x multiplier.

No actually it is brand new. But I know what you mean, I thought the same thing. The artwork and interface makes it look like an older game.

We just added Net Entertainment's latest game: Fruit Shop.

It is a 15 liner that to be honest appears to be super un-exciting. I was playing it thinking what is the point of this game? And then I hit the free spins round. You only get a maximum of 5 free spins up front, but they can be triggered by any 3 or more fruit combination, which is also a winning payline. So you get them often. Then, every free spin has its winnings doubled, and you can trigger more free spins the same way you started the free spins mode (3 or more fruits in a row). So if you like a lot of free spins, you might just find this game is right up your alley.

This week the new hotness from Net Entertainment is Jack and the Beanstalk.

I have been playing this for the last half hour or so and let me tell you it is a very cool game. It is capable of draining your bankroll quickly but then throwing it back at you with some mega sized wins.

The game's main feature is another Net Ent innovation - the "Walking Wild". When you spin a wild on say reel 4, you get an automatic free re-spin and the wild moves a reel to the left to reel 3. Repeat as it moves to reel 2 then 1 then disappears. Basically every time there is a wild symbol visible you get a free re-spin. You can trigger free spins mode with 3 scatters, and during that mode you can enhance the wild symbol to stacked and eventually expanding wilds. I like this game a lot!

Here are 2 new Betsoft games:

Free Black Gold slot machine - a game about drilling for oil. It features free spins, a bonus multiplier and a high-low bonus round game.
Free Lost slot machine - this one is like a cross between Indiana Jones and The Mummy. It has heaps of features and bonuses.

We will also shortly be adding a whole heap of impressive new slot machines from a fairly new software developer. Stay tuned...

Lost if fun too. It reminds me of an Indiana Jones type of game. It has a payout multiplier on it of 1x, 2x, 3x and 5x. The multiplier is a lot of fun especially when I hit the 5x twice.

As promised, we now have a whole new collection of slot machines from developer Sheriff Gaming. There are 26 in all and they are very visually impressive. You may recognise some of them if you have ever played at a casino using Rival software as Rival licensed some of the games for a short period of time a while back (but they no longer do). We're in the midst of reviewing a few casinos that offer these games.

Check them out:

Net Entertainment's latest game is the CSI-inspired Crime Scene. It has "sticky wilds" that stay on the reels for 2 or 3 spins every time you hit them. Check it out:

Also, look what is coming soon from Net Ent... Scarface! Say hello to my little friend!

That's a shame LuckyMe. I must admit I wasn't so impressed by that either after playing it for a while. It lacks a killer feature that so many other Net Ent games released recently have.

Net Ent has another new one out that we have just added called Demolition Squad. It has 4 visible symbols on each reel and a total of 40 paylines. The unique feature is the "demolition wild" which is triggered if you have a wild on reels 2 and 4 that line up (horizontally or diagonally). If that happens, the symbol in between them on the 3rd reel will turn wild too which guarantees you a pretty decent win.
