Can't get withdrawal from Superior Casino

3 replies • Last post

I have a withdrawal of about $1150 owed to me by Superior Casino. They asked for identity documents and I sent the same as I have sent to many other casinos without any problem. I signed and sent their faxback form, sent my driver's license and a voided check, as I do all my bill paying online and don't have any bills sent to my house. All other casinos have accepted the voided check as a second form of identification verifying my address as it is printed on my check. Superior Casino will not accept the voided check and won't accept anything but some kind of monthly bill, which I don't have. What else can I do to get my withdrawal?

Well I was able to find a document they accepted. My documents have been approved and they say they are processing the withdrawal. I hope!

Good to hear - let us know how long the withdrawal takes. I am not the biggest fan of most of the Rival casinos, the quality seems to vary wildly depending on who is running the place.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Glad I ran into this post, because I was JUST debating whether or not to deposit there. I want to play with some real money tonight, and I did read some good things about Superior, but will not be downloading and depositing with my second choice. Seems so rotten that some are always looking for little ways NOT to pay. Makes one feel helpless when it is your OWN MONEY! grrrrr! Keep us posted and good luck!
