Bingo Knights (part of Virtual Casino Group) - won't pay out!

3 replies • Last post

Hi,

I recently won a $1000 in a raffle at Bingo - Knights (part of Virtual Casino Group).

On the 28th of November I requested a withdrawal.
According to the terms and conditions that amount should be paid within 10 business days after being approved.
On the 2nd of December my request was approved so I should have been paid by the 16th of December.

Because I was hoping I would receive the money earlier I regularly checked the status of my request by contacting live help. I even redeposit some of the winnings because I was promissed that would speed up the process of withdrawing. Now everytime I check the status of my request by contacting live help I am being told a different story about why I still haven't received my money. Due to redeposits the amount left to receive is $500.

I have followed the advice given in the 'Online Casinos: Rogues, warnings & blacklist' section of this site and sent an email to Marty Davis on the 19th of December 2010. A few hours later I received a reply to my email saying "I will have Claudia look into your account and get back to you within 48 hours by email". Because of the quick reply I was very hopefull everything would be sorted out and I would receive my money.
By the 23rd of December I still had not received any other reply than the one saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. So I sent a reminder to Marty Davis to please inform me about my withdrawal request.

Today, the 27th of December 2010, I am still waiting for Marty Davis (or Claudia or anyone) to get back to me.

I am hoping someone reading this post can give me some advice on trying to get my winnings from Bingo Knights.

So thank you for reading my post and I hope to hear from you!

Sorry to tell you that terms and conditions mean nothing to these guys unless they can use them to avoid paying you. They are in my opinion the single worst group of casinos online.

I feel dirty offering an excuse for these people but I would assume that the non-support staff are probably on holidays at the moment. So don't expect a reply soon.

That is clear rogue behaviour, but sadly nothing less than what I would expect from this group who are little better than criminals. Imagine you won some money at a land casino and tried to cash your chips and they said no, not right now, why don't you go play some more then come back later and try again. Disgusting.

I am sorry to say that I can offer little more than moral support. Keep contacting them, stay polite and keep your fingers crossed. There is little else you can do. Oh and never ever go back there and play again, no matter what the live chat people tell you.

We no longer attempt to help people get paid by these guys because for one they refuse to reply to our emails, so it is kind of pointless. And secondly, one or two players we have helped in the past have unbelievably come back to us a 2nd time asking for help again because they continued to play there!

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

😲 OH....MY....GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bingo Knights DID pay out!!!!!!!

After reading your reply I gave up hope receiving any of my winnings from Bingo Knights. I did follow your advice and kept contacting live help to ask about my withdrawal. The latest promise they made was that it would be paid the first week of January.

So after a long day at work I came home and thought I'd check my Moneybookers account. And there it was, 500 US Dollars 🤑 . I still can't really believe it 😕 . But so far, everytime I check my Moneybookers account, the money is there! 😀

So thanks for the moral support!

Awesome news. Glad you received some of what you won.

I'd still steer clear of there in future though!
