Superior Casino - won't pay out (resolved)

3 replies • Last post

This post was a victim of our spam system "upgrade". It was incorrectly flagged by our system and we consequently lost the details of who published it. So if you're still out there, sorry and we'll try to help out if possible...

I met the cashout requirements on a $25 no deposit bonus that I played at Superior Casino and now I am having a hard time collecting the money. My account details for this promotion clearly say that I have met the requirements but I am not able to withdraw the money, (tried the various methods - echeck, etc.), their 'live chat' doesn't work, their phone number says either there are no operators available and when I did once get a recording to "hang on for the next available representative" the line disconnected after I held for about 15 minutes. I sent an email that got a 'form letter' response so I sent another email which I have got no response.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reach this organization? Is there a trick to collecting anything on a no-deposit bonus? I realize I will probably never see any $$ but if that's the case, why are they allowed to run a scam? (Or am I misunderstanding how these no-deposit bonuses work?) </blockquote

Winnings from no deposit bonuses are certainly able to be collected. Usually the casino will place an upper limit on the amount you may redeem. When you say you are unable to withdraw, what do you mean exactly? You withdrawal is refused?

We have Superior Casino in our database but have not gotten around to reviewing them yet - mainly because they are a Rival software white label, which means they are probably a fairly small organisation.

I have contact details for someone who works there - if you are reading this and still want the details please send me a private message and I will pass them on.

Dear CL-Ed,
Just came across your reply to my post (Checked back a few times but as you said, it was - temporarily - a "victim of your spam system upgrade" Wink Update: I was paid by Superior Casino and want to let everyone know so they (SC) don't get an (undeserved) 'bad wrap'. Once I learned how to 'play the game' regarding bank account verification and document submittals, they paid me. Thanks for your offer of help!
