games won't load

14 replies • Last post

On July 21st i made a $25.00 deposit at The Gaming Club. The games wouldn't load. I contacted Live Help and was sent an e-mail advising me to delete cookies, etc. and re-download the casino. I followed instructions they still didn't work. I contacted my server "Rogers" they made me check a few things including my firewall, checked on their side and said everything looked o.k. I contacted live help again and they said they were sending a report to microgaming. Since July 21st I have contacted live help 3 times and called twice. They always say we're looking into it thank you for your patience. Other than the very first e-mail they have not contacted me once. I play on other sites run by RTG, PlayTech and a few bingo sites and have never had a problem.. I've played on microgaming sites before. I've deposited at Go Wild and played some free spins at The Gaming Club. It took long to load the games and some ran really slow but I like the games and when I get bored on my other sites I play there. I uninstall some casinos if I'm not playing them and re-install when I want to deposit. They take up a lot of space on my computer. Could this cause a problem?
The last time I called I asked them that if I couldn't load the BANK page would it have taken so long to fix. No response. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks..........

That sounds really really strange. Microgaming did update all their software a few months ago so if you haven't played at one since then it may be related to that. Have you tried playing the "instant play" browser version of the Gaming Club? That should at least give you a chance to play with your $25.

Regards uninstalling the casinos to free up space on your computer - no it should not cause a problem - I do the same thing in fact. As long as you keep your login and password details you should be able to uninstall, the download again later and log straight back in.

Hi Ed

Thank you very much for your input. Beleive it or not it never occured to me to play on the instant play, I think I'll do that. I downloaded Go Wild and I am having the same problem. So it looks like it's microgamming and not the casino. Hopefully they can solve the mystery cuz I like their games.
Thanks again Wink

Hi moncamoncha, that is a blessing in disguise. Click the links in your post and read our reviews of those two casinos and you'll see why (basically they are at the top of every casino blacklist on the internet for ripping off players).

Thank you so much Ed for commenting that! I would never ever go closer to any of those casinos mentioned above! actually the links are very useful, but I have a question, what are the reasons for listing them black? what is the basis for that?

Coolcat casino and Palace of Chance and Club Player etc are known for ripping off players. They have been doing it for years. They offer heaps of free chips and massive bonuses, then when you win they invent excuses to not pay you. Do a search and you will find complaints about these crooks all over the internet.

this happened to me as well, I deposited money wanted to play slots and the games didn't load... even no apology was sent for an inconvenience. I completely agree that these sites are ripping us off. Nobody should go there, in this case they will probably be shut down...

Sophia, I think that they do not feel the shortage of players... The information flow is so big that it is very hard to identify what is the truth in such a noise... So the only thing we can do is to just avoid playing there and warn our friends not to go there.

The thing is that most of scam casinos offer so attractive bonuses and odds that we all get blind and think that we're lucky - that's all we need to be ripped off so smoothly, that can't even manage to blink an eye.... That is a huge problem for beginners, who have no idea that they're ticked unless it comes to withdrawals...

I agree but what can we beginners do to avoid such casinos if nobody warns me ? When we look at them, all online casinos look almost the same.... I can't guess how to identify a cheating one unless nobody tells me ?

You should read at least two reviews of an online casino before you start betting real money! This is a rule for me! If both reviews say the same, then you are to go! but if there is at least one negative feedback that makes the casino reputation doubtful, I think you should avoid that! It is not a problem, there are tones of online casinos, and the switching cost is 0 , so players have now the bargaining power Wink

Of course you can always check a site like Casino Listings first! We report the truth in our reviews, unlike many other casino "review" sites.

Another tip that always helps is to google the casino name and add keywords to the search like rogue, or scam. For example, these types of searches can help identify if a casino is a bad one (using Cool Cat Casino as the example that you are searching for):

cool cat casino +rogue
cool cat casino +scam
cool cat casino +blacklist
cool cat casino +warning

Using the + symbol in the search makes sure that the results will only include pages with that word in it.

Then do some reading of the results and make up your own mind about how trustworthy the casino is. Remember though that you will often find comments made by people that are angry that they lost, which is always going to happen from time to time at a casino. It is important that you can tell the difference between a genuine complaint and a sore loser.

And lastly, come here to the forum and ask. Even if we do not have a review up, we may have another member who has played there.

Thank you guys ! I will definitely do all you advised, though I always tried to avoid reading review sections, I think asking on a forum is a best solution Wink
