I have been waiting since 4/2007 (Yes, over 3 years now) for a $2,502.00 cashout. I was told way back when that those funds had been frozen by the bank. Every time I contact them, I am told “I am sorry to inform you that currently we don’t have any updates about this issue”.
As I stated in my last email to them, “It is quite obvious that you have neither been put out of business by the frozen funds, nor been financially incapacitated. You certainly have operating and marketing expenses that you can cover.” And you keep sending me mailers and emails urging me to come back. I don’t care about where the funds come from (unfrozen bank accounts, marketing budgets, etc.), I just want what is due me.
Anybody out there have any ideas about financial recourse in this situation?
That sounds terrible. Can you PM me your email address that you used to register at their casinos and full details of what happened and I'll see if I can help you out - we have a few contacts there and they have always been professional in our experience.

8) HUGE kudos and thanks to CL-ed for taking up my cause. I had been trying to get a manager's attention at Jackpot Factory for an unpaid withdrawal for over 3 years. Ed swooped down and got attention from them almost immediately. He used his professional contacts to help me open up the dialogue with them and to move towards a solution.
