Everygame Withdrawal Issues and Verification Process

5 replies • Last post

I signed up with Everygame about a month ago because of multiple glowing reviews that gave them over 8.5 stars out of 10 in basically all categories. So I signed up because I wanted to start sportsbetting. The intial ID verification process took 24 hours. I made about 5,000 in baccarat in a night and tried to make a withdrawal that day on March 7th. I got an email on March 12th that I apparently got the Swift code wrong? Only it took them a couple days to tell me this. And this is when I found out they take 48 hours just to approve the transaction and then it cant take up to another 2 week to receive the funds via bankwire. So I setup a coin wallet so i could withdraw it through bitcoin as that takes 24-48 hours after the MANDATORY (this was said by multiple customer service reps) 2 day waiting period. This is still very long compared to other sportsbooks that can hit your account instantly if not an hour or two without any "2 day approval process".

So I submitted another withdrawal request the same day on March 12th for a bitcoin withdrawal. Then after another couple days on March 14th they respond to me in an email saying that my withdrawal was denied because further documents are required to verify my account. This is AFTER I sent in my photo ID, bank statement and credit card front and back. They requested a picture of me holding my ID next to me.

Luckily this response took a day.
This process was frustrating to say the least but this is where I have become very frustrated with this site. I put off trying to withdraw for a bit and decided to place some parlays. In the past week I have hit some big payouts on parlays and currently have 25000 sitting in my account. I submitted the requested photo of me holding my ID and had that verified on March 23rd and now have a withdrawal that I placed today on March 26th.
It has been 4 weeks and I have still not gotten a single withdrawal from Everygame.

I did not expect to run up my account to such a high amount. I am now able to gamble at higher stakes with these funds. However due to the extremely capped withdrawals at 2500 a week I am unable to actually use these funds for other things. Everygame does not offer player props and that is something that I have won money on other sites and would like to use some of my winnings on a site that offers that. At my current account amount, it will take about 3-4 months to withdraw the full 25,000. I want to withdraw the full 25,000 at this point as fast as possible because Everygame simply can no longer serve my needs. I need a sportsbook that can payout faster and without such a ridiculously low withdrawal amount.

We come to the casino because we want to make money at the end of the day but it seems with this withdrawal policy that Everygame is hoping that you gamble all your winnings away before you can actually see any of your winnings. If someone were to have even just $100,000 in winnings in their account it would probably take over a year to take that money out considering all the protests and excuses they make to reject your withdrawal request. It'll take 5 days to get your money, then 7 day waiting period, then another 5 days to get it again. Thats 17 days per 5,000 dollars. This is unacceptable for me at this point and Everygame can simply no longer serve me.

I have spoken with live chat numerous times and with a representative over the phone to try to resolve this problem and everyone has said that there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait the 3 months to get my money. Despite not even wanting to use the service anymore. I asked to speak to a supervisor and everytime they say that one is unavailable and when I asked to have one call me back they say they dont do that. That is poor customer service as I am a disgruntled customer but I would like to leave amicably I am NOT here to trash this site.

I think Everygame works perfectly fine for low stakes gamblers who do not exceed the 2,500 weekly withdrawal need. Their Sportsbook have great betting limits and I really enjoy that about the site.

On the casinolistings site review it says that they do allow you to have multiple withdrawal methods open at once. I have found this to be untrue. Both when I try to open multiple methods, I got an error message saying that I already have one open and i must wait until its no longer pending and this was confirmed from their live chat and their representative on the phone. They said that the max withdrawal per week is capped at 2,500 a week, no way around it thats the cap.

Again, this site simply can no longer meet my needs and I would like them to respect that and just pay me my winnings as soon as possible. There are plenty of other sites that have withdrawal policies that better suit my needs and I would I like to take my gambling there. While I am frustrated, I would still recommend this site to others for the betting limits and parlay limits while letting them know about the lengthy withdrawal process and the extremely low withdrawal limits. After withdrawing my full winnings I would even use it for low stakes gambling and would just avoid betting anything with a payout over of 2,500. What is the point of winning tens of thousands of dollars just for it to take months and maybe even years for it to payout. This site is for low stakes gamblers not someone with a 25,000 bankroll.

I would really like to resolve this issue amicably and would not like to continue posting reviews elsewhere but I feel people need to know what they are getting into. Basically if you win anything BIG it will take months maybe even years to actually see the money. And by then you will probably have lost most of it which is what they want to happen. This seems predatory if im going to be honest unless they can explain why their policies are so stringent.

Thanks go to casinolisitings for providing me a place to post about my experience with the site. I hope they can help me with my issue.

Thanks for the post, Tony. I can see how that'd certainly be frustrating. I hope you're able to get your money out sooner rather than later. The company should be able to approve your identity and get future withdrawals out faster.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Everygame have been around since the 1990s under the name of Intertops. They changed names a couple of years ago. In my experience they have always been very reliable with payments. But you are right that $2500 a week is very low - and it is a reduction from what used to be $2500 every 48 hours from memory. It is a shame to see them sticking to that so rigidly. I am sure that they do have the discretion to increase your limits especially if they see you as a potential long term customer. But if you're telling them that you aren't going to come back and play there, they have little incentive to do so.

This must be a recent change in policy because in the past I have personally queued up withdrawals using multiple different methods at the same time. Thanks for the tip - we will update our review to reflect this.

Bank transfers to players in the United States are always an issue because the banks want nothing to do with gambling transactions. So the casinos use third party payment processors to obfuscate the source of the money and keep transaction amounts low. There are delays because the payment processors want to see that the transfers are accepted and cleared without being rejected by the receiving banks. Bitcoin should not have the same issues and I question why the low limit applies there too, but it becomes your responsibility to exchange that back to cash if that is what you want.

I'm not sure there is anything you can do other than maybe try to sweet talking them into paying you more by letting them think you will be depositing more in the future.

Updated review text, and we dropped their rating half a star:

Unfortunately we come to probably the worst thing about this casino and that is the withdrawal limit of only $2500 per week. In days gone by under the name Intertops, you used to be able to withdraw this amount every 2 days, and even queue up multiple withdrawals using different payment methods at the same time. It appears however that those days are now gone at Everygame. This means that no matter how big your withdrawal is they are going to make you break it up into $2500 weekly chunks for however long that takes to clear your balance, even if using Bitcoin to withdraw.

Thanks for having the cajones to do what's right and drop them a half-star. CL is one of the few sites that's willing to stand up and call it like they see it.

Glad to hear that news! Most review sites cower away from giving out the negatives like AskGamblers etc, CasinoListings does give out the most honest information all the time, its my only reliable source when trying anywhere new online that im testing out for myself
