Rich Casino won't let me Withdraw

3 replies • Last post

Hi all.
In Novemeber i tried to withdraw $374 AUD from my Rich Casino account via Bitcoin. NO active bonuses that I'm aware of. I had already been told my Identity was VERIFIED with documents i uploaded previously. After 7 days my account was DISABLED. I have email and emailed with NO RESPONSE.

I have since learnt that they a very dodgy. But PLEASE help me contact them if anyone can.
my account name at Rich Casino is 'cableboy4'

Thanks in advance for ANY help.

it is blacklisted here since 2010
so i guess you will not see anything from your winnings

Blacklisted - very slow pay and unresponsive

We took the decision way back in 2010 to blacklist Rich Casino and others run by the same operator which we believe is a shell corporation belonging to Pragmatic Play / TopGame. This was due at the time to extremely slow payment of winnings (see forum thread here: Rich Casino - anyone paid?), non payment of winnings, and unresponsive customer support. Later it engaged in fraudulent marketing practices by inventing winners of competitions that we highly doubt ever legitimately took place. The complaints about this casino have never really stopped flowing in since. In fact you could characterise this casino as more of an organised scam using the casino as the front for its operations than a legitimate business. Our recommendation is to stay away from this casino as there is a very high chance that you will not be paid should you win.

Thanks vomvom12. Yep sorry man but that is par for the course with Rich Casino - they are extremely dodgy and that is exactly how they operate.

On the off chance that you deposited by credit card you should enquire with your bank about filing a chargeback to recover your deposited funds before the chargeback validity period expires.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
