I know that Casino Fantastik is a no recommended casino and have the worst reviews ever, but I didn't believe they where scammers.
On October 1 - 2022 they cancelled my full balance on euro 7.550. The casino answer that winnings can be confiscated according to their terms if a player bet more then 30% of the last made deposit, and that I have made one single spin on a slot machine with the amount over these 30%. I can't see in theirs terms (see below) that they can confiscate the full balance as I had also before that overbet bet was made.
When this happened I played with pure cash without using any bonuses and it's also worth to mention that there where zero winning on that made single spin over 30% of deposit.
This scam casino owner is Topia Solutions N.V and they are also running Casino Dingo, White Lion, All wins, Lord of the spins, JellyBean, Crazyno, RadioCaz and Magicazz".
They are also part of the blacklisted theAffPower / Game Tech Group.
We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia: Placing bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit ( or Bonus, Cash, VIP points, Free Spins) on other games than Slot Machines. Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.
I'm so sorry that you found out the hard way. You may have read our blacklist entry for them already, but to reiterate yes Casino Fantastik are part of a quite large group of casinos run by an Israeli group known as Game Tech or AffPower. They are among the worst operators in the world and really they are closer to being a criminal fraud operation that uses casinos as their front rather than a legitimate casino operator.
I'm sorry but what they have done to you is standard for them. They will always find an excuse not to pay big winners. Their method of business is to only pay small withdrawals to players that play regularly and lose far more than they win in order to keep them coming back. Anyone who comes in and wins more than they deposit is never getting paid.
Their casinos are unregulated so there is very little chance of bringing them to account legally. Your best move at this stage is to try to recover any deposits you made to them recently via your bank / card provider by filing chargeback claims.
Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Thanks a million for your answer and that you took your time for it. I knew they where bad but they had good bonuses and paid me the withdrawals as I did. But as you said, now when I had a bigger balance they made up something. A hard lesson for me and money I really needed. Anyway, it's just to face it. Interesting though about making a claim from the card company. How does that work and can I go long time back claiming that I have been exposed for a long time running fraud and by that claiming all deposits back. How long time back is possible to apply for do you think? I am ready to do all I can to hurt them and theirs operation as much as I possible can.
Kind regards/ Jan K
You will need to speak to your bank and ask them those questions as it can vary. The usual chargeback period can be 60-120 days. You're unlikely to get money back earlier than that as the card company would have settled with the casino and would have no way to recover it.
That said, you're in Sweden which has a licensing authority and I highly doubt that this group holds a license to operate there. If so they are breaking Swedish law by allowing you to deposit, which may be an angle you can pursue.
I'm sorry to hear about your situation Jannelova. Those pesky bonuses they offer can sometimes make you overlook how shoddy the casino operation is. I hope you have at least some luck getting your money from them. File a report with your gaming regulator. A slim chance is better than no chance at getting something back.
