7 replies • Last post

I'm a terminally I'll single Mom of two who had had 1400 taken from me from rich casino after waiting almost 2 weeks for my withdraw, having to cancel and start the withdrawal process three times because of problems. I followed everything asked if me for the withdrawal process and was told almost two weeks later I was being accused of bonus abuse and they confiscated my funds. I played bonuses sent direct to my email. If I was not to play them why were they sent to me? They specify emailed them to me. I was not warned, I didn't not receive anything telling me of the amount I could play. I spoke through email to the casino ad well as live chat almost daily stressing the importance of this money and I did everything they asked and suggested. This is harming my physical as well as mental health extremely. I suffer from Horrendous seizures when stressed and fall and hit my head causing brain bleeds. This time and the run around I have had from this casino for money I won is literally killing me and i please need help. I never was told or heard of bonus abuse before. Also I read an article that if someone was told they have done this they are givin back all deposited money when they take all their money back. I didn't receive my money deposited either. They just took my 1400. Please please help. I have emails throughout the last two weeks and during all these communications north I'mg was said about Bonus abuse or that I should be careful how many free spins I play. Who would think anything about it, why would they send me 25 free spins daily if I couldn't play them!! I had no idea. I deposited money as well

Brookerad, sorry to tell you this but Rich Casino (click that link and read our review/warning) is basically an organised scam. We have been warning people about them for more than a decade now.

The only people they pay are those that lose significant amounts that they want to keep coming back as customers. If you have won and they pulled out the "bonus abuse" excuse then it is likely they have you pegged as the type of customer they don't want - i.e. a winner.

Given that they most likely won't pay up and have not refunded your deposits you should look into recovering them before you run out of time. If you deposited with a credit or debit card, or direct bank transfer, you usually have 90 days to file what is called a chargeback with your bank. If you deposited some other way you may be out of luck.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Thanks. Ya they can't call it bonus abuse for playing the 25 spins they sent everyday. There is no warning, no game restrictions, nothing. Also in my history there is some weird bonus expired bonus verified things but only two and weeks apart. No idea what those were. The dates and times amd money doesn't match. I don't play 6 hours straight from 1am-7am, never have I once did that.I'm not stopping till I get my money. I'll dig as deep as I have to. Just look at that fine. It goes the 24th cancel 1400 20th deposit 25 amd the 30th cancel

That's messed up and that's the obvious one there's dozens of indescrsuons like that

I think this is a common problem now, as more and more online casinos are popping up and it is already very difficult to determine which one is legal and pays out money to players. It's hardly something you can sort out, unless you know what license they have and how you can contact them to get your money back and revoke their license from that casino.

I'm sorry you had to find out the hard way but this is how they operate, it is what they do. Appealing to their sense of fairness is going to be futile.

So that's it your giving up?
How can they accuse me of this if I only have 3 bonuses listed in my history and they are not close each other in dates? I had not received my deposits back or my wager monies, they said on a page they confiscated my winning and if you look up the definition of confiscated it says taken for a temporary time period,,,,,! Their words not mine. If it was about the daily free spins that they send out everyday to everyone at the same time everyday why doesnt everyone get this punishment which by the way if I played are not documented anywhere in my history. I feel giving these daily to everyone is entrapment as there are no warnings, postings of this 3:1! Rule and if it was Enforced there wound be a hell of a lot more people on this site fighting for their, if I was chosen specifically that this nothing more then bullying by a group with a mob mentality
