Uptown Aces Casino denied my withdrawal request

3 replies • Last post

Uptown Aces Casino has denied my withdrawal request and deleted the funds from my account stating that I claimed more than 2 ndb in a row without a real money deposit. That is not the case, tho.

After completing the elastic Santa bonus's 1,2 and 3, I claimed lovewknduptown and then the awp loyalty bonus. I won a little over $3000 on the awp bonus and requested a withdrawal....which has been denied. They are now stating that elastic Santa 3 is a ndb....making it 3 ndb's in a row. They have stopped responding to my request for reconsideration.

Chavella123, I moved your post to its own thread. To create new threads you just need to pick the appropriate forum from the menu at the top of this page, then click the big yellow "New Topic" button which is just under the forum heading. Here is the help forum page for example.

Ok, on to your complaint. I've tried to find details of the bonuses you say you claimed. None of them are on their website so I've had to Google a lot. I can't see whether you made a deposit in between claiming any of those bonuses so I'll assume not. Here is what I think is the case:

ELASTICSANTA-1: 100% up to $1000 plus 50 spins
ELASTICSANTA-2: 150% up to $1500 plus 100 spins
ELASTICSANTA-3: 200 spins
AWP-200-LOYAL: 200 spins

If I am right it is in fact 3 free spins bonuses in a row. I guess you could argue the point on ELASTICSANTA-3 if you were required to deposit and claim the preceding two bonuses before you could claim it (I could not find the answer to that). But it's a moot point because their rule actually states that you can't claim more than 1 in a row:

19. When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

That aside, their maximum payout on no deposit bonuses looks to be $500 so I doubt they would have paid you $3000 anyway even if they had approved it.

What I can say for sure is that sadly we have heard this story many times from this operator in recent years. They are masters at using rules to deny payment of winnings without even attempting to enforce their rules until it benefits them.

I mean how hard would it be to prevent you from claiming too many free chips in a row with a simple bit of programming? Not very. But then they wouldn't be able to email you offers to keep you coming back and then have the escape clause up their sleeves ready to use in case you win.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I agree with Ed. This is so stupid and preventable from these casinos. Places like Uptown Aces are okay, but with shady terms like this to deny your winnings, that's just shady AF and would make me not want to play there or recommend it to my friends.

Screw them.
