Been trying to login to my paradisio room casino Australia for almost 2 months now .. have try's reset password a bizzllion times says I'm successful then go to login & says player doesn't match. Countless emails to the help room& trying the live chat selection it keeps saying error. I had a crapload of money on there & my vip status for quests I was doin was supposed to b paid to me 2! I'm very baffled to why I can't even get a excellent customer service representative (like it advertises ) to even give me some sort of response. Confused....

I looked up the casino and assuming I've found the right one (paradisoroom.com - not paradisio with the extra "i" that you wrote) its a 1 page website with no useful information. All they have is a bit of blah blah text and a login form. There are no games listed, no contact information, no live chat, and there isn't even a way to register an account so I can see if anything is going on behind the login page. I've never seen a less informative casino website. Perhaps they have shut down and done a runner?

The problem you have is that since ACMA starting throwing legal threats around against any and all casinos, and even non-casino websites that have anything to do with online casinos (ours included), all the licensed and regulated operators have shut their doors to Aussies. The casinos left that will allow Australians to play are therefore all unregulated and unaccountable to anyone, and criminal operators have taken the opportunity to set up rogue casinos deliberately targeting Aussies. So if they decide to rip you off, or shut your account, or blank you and stop responding, there's nothing anyone can really do to compel them to do anything.

I'm sorry, I know that's a bit of a long-winded way of saying that there's nothing we can really do to help. The best I can suggest is that if you have made any recent deposits using a credit card, you could talk to your bank about filing a chargeback claim to recover the money (usually the window is a few months). They are breaking Australian law by accepting your deposits so by rights it should be recoverable.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Oooh hold on. Update: we have another recent thread mentioning this casino. It is part of a well known rogue/criminal operation so they are almost certainly deliberately ripping you off. But one person in the thread had some success in getting paid as recently as September.
