Royal Ace Casino is in fact part of a crooked casino group that we have front and centre at the top of our blacklist. Usually they rob you after you have played and won and try to withdraw, not before. That way you keep depositing until you have a win, and only then is when you find out they are crooks. So if I had to guess I'd say this is probably some kind of technical error rather than anything malicious.

There isn't much we can do for you as they are unregulated, unaccountable, and uncooperative. They have been getting away with doing pretty much whatever they like for 2 decades now and it has worked out quite well for them so they see no need to change. Assuming it is only $60 chalk it up as a relatively cheap lesson learned to do your research into a casino before you deposit there next time.
