7bit casino?

9 replies • Last post

hello I had a decent win at 7bit casino and I have completed the 40x wagering there is no maximum cashout with the bonus sorry there is a maximum withdrawal of $10,000 per week long story short...if my identity documents aren't verified does that mean they don't have to pay me my winnings!?...I don't understand why they didn't make me do this verification at the start? or before I could deposit? but only when you win it is necessary to verify your identity?? I'm so upset it took me so long to wager 40x deposit + bonus then I win fair and square but they keep cancelling my withdrawal saying my documents aren't verified??

Yeah, identity verification is usually a requirement. It ensures that you are who you say you are and not laundering money. It's reasonable to submit to that, and I hope you do so that you get your winnings!

As a rule of thumb it's always best to KYC before you deposit because if not then these stalling tactics come into play i know this all to well , just comply with their requirements and they should release it eventually, they probably hoping you play the winnings back, don't do it you can and will be victorious

All legitimate casinos will ask you to verify your identity for several reasons such as anti money laundering laws, proof of age, and prevention of multi-accounting bonus abuse. Some will ask up front when you first sign up but the vast majority will wait until you try to withdraw money. This is because asking up front deters some customers from depositing money in the first place.

That said, it is a time honoured tactic of rogue casinos to use the ID verification process as a way to stall on payment and frustrate players into giving up or reversing their withdrawal, playing with the winnings, and losing it all. If they are telling you that they never received the documents, or that they are illegible, or that they need to see all four corners on a utility bill, or other assorted BS - and you know that you have already sent what they asked for - then that could be what is happening. The only way to beat them if they are playing those games is to be patient, resend the docs, and keep pestering them politely to pay you.

Have to agree with the guys. Definitely stay patient and send them everything they are asking for (within reason). I used to play at 7bitcasino years ago and generally didn't have bad experiences. Good luck!

It says in that message: the document that you've uploaded has expired. So they are asking you to send them a pic of a current ID document.

How is it going with your verification?
It is a normal process, and actually they were pretty fast to finish the verification.

You need to get your ID renewed, then, it won't be a problem anymore.

Before making a first deposit at an online casino, take the time to read the terms and conditions of the site, and especially the terms relating to withdrawals, then verify your account before playing. so you can quietly withdraw your winnings when the time is right. that's what I always do.
