I should still have the proof I need to prove all of this I first cashed out like 2800 and I was told to reverse it cause I was fighting for my withdrawal so I did and I ended up cashing out 3600 plus I made another 3 thousand on top that they took from me saying I couldn't win it on my loyalty points that I won on and I went the playthrough requirements and sacrificed the 150 bonus and they still stole from me also I'm level 2 what ever tier that is and they gave me no warning that they were only sending a thousand till it was 2 late and ripped me off another almost three grand I literally was counting on that cash I went from expecting almost 7 thousand to only getting a grand now I had bought things thinking I would be paid to find out I wasn't getting a 5th of what I was suppose to get I'm loosing my home and I have debt I won't be able to climb out of this site shouldn't ever be played I have pictures of chats and withdrawal amounts they could tried to mess me around the whole time I'm from Alberta Canada and I really don't want them to get away with this and have more people fall for there rotten tricks and deceit they messed up my life literally sorry I am by no means good with words and proper grammar maybe that's why they tried to mess me over so bad if you know who I should talk to please let me know

StaffSorry Sickluckgore, we have Grand Bay (part of the Genesys Technology Group) on our blacklist already. So it doesn't surprise me at all to hear of you having trouble with this casino. Looking them up, they only have an Antillephone Curacao license, which is worthless to you as a player because it is a "regulator" in name only. In reality they won't help you with a dispute against the casino, and they have no third party arbitration process.
As for the casino's operator, among several sleazy things they have done, they most recently stole a progressive jackpot from players by refusing to pay a winner due to their dodgy T&Cs. They also refused to put the jackpot money back into the pool for someone else to win. They just kept the money and hoped no-one would notice, all the while publishing the player's name on their "big wins" page.
That said, if you are close to losing your home the last thing you should be doing with your money is gambling. Gambling should never by used as a way to earn money to pay the bills. You should play for enjoyment and expect to lose more than you win over the long run because that is the way the games are designed and is what happens to the vast majority of us.

NewbieI had money to spend and it wasn't just grand bay the reason I'm loosing my home it was a multitude of things happen all at once from unexpected bills to an ex gf racking up my credit cards and being home invaded which all would of been fine had I got what was due to me thank you for the response tho means a lot and I'm glad to know they can just keep doing this without penalty except a whole lot of mad gamblers really sucks cause had I got what i should of even all the shitty things that happen to me would of been OK, now I'm just in a rut that's gonna be real hard to climb out of but I guess I'll just do what I can and make the best of it thanks again for your post
