Ok... that's a lot to take in. First some housekeeping:

STOP TITLING THREADS WITH AND POSTING IN ALL CAPS. It is considered to be shouting which is rude. It also wastes my and our mods time here fixing them up so our forum doesn't look like it has been vandalised by a 10 year old. If you do it again, we'll delete the thread regardless of what you write in it. Thank you.

Now to the topic at hand.

You are mistaken about the origin of those emails. The sender address and URL repeatedly mentioned in the emails make it crystal clear that those emails have not been sent by the casino. Sorry mate but you are on the mailing list for a spamming casino affiliate that runs the website at southafricancasinos.co.za, and no amount of emails to a casino asking them to stop is going to achieve anything because the casino isn't sending them.

There should be an unsubscribe link in the emails that will allow you to remove yourself from their mailing list. However, it is possible that they either won't have an unsubscribe link or they won't honour it. They are spammers after all. In that case just mark them as spam in your mail program and they should not come through to your inbox any more. Even better you could create a filter that automatically routes anything with "southafricancasinos.co.za" in it directly to the trash so you will never ever see another email from them.

In fact in your case you should seriously consider filtering out anything with the word "casino" or "slots" in it, or better yet trashing the email address and starting a whole new one because you need to seek help to stop gambling. If you are blowing money that you need for food and a roof over your head then you are in serious trouble. I highly recommend that you contact the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation as soon as possible, and look into installing software on your computer or phone that will block your access to gambling sites. More info here.

Fair enough but you missing the point

why was no action taken when I sent an email stating please i have a gambling problem lock the accounts cant afford to lose any more, only monday when I eventually got hold of someone on chat was my request handled, and lost the money I should never have used all I am asking is for the casino to take responsibility for there actions by not following the correct protoal and thus return the funds sspent after i requested a permanent lock

I'm not missing the point seeing as you made several, including posting two emails supposedly showing the casinos were emailing you offers after you had excluded. That was simply wrong.

I do agree with you that the failure to immediately apply your exclusion request is not good enough. The trouble is as far as I can tell both casinos are RTG operations that are either Curacao licensed or completely unlicensed (and there is effectively no difference between the two). This is why they do not have the mandated controls that you would find at a regulated casino that allow you to immediately self exclude or limit your activity at the casino, which I have discussed with you elsewhere.

They are unregulated casinos. There is no arbitrator or regulator that you can turn to that will do anything about the way they operate, and certainly none that are going to get your money refunded.

But I have to reiterate... you're unemployed and playing with money you need for food and rent. Just stop man. You need to also stop looking for excuses and people to blame and start getting your own house in order. The fact that you are still posting here suggests to me that you have ignored my suggestion of installing blocking software on your computer that would prevent you from accessing sites related to gambling. If you did, you probably wouldn't be able to post here any more.

Hmmm I half expect to be burnt at the stake for the comment I am about to make but here goes anyhow.

The way I am reading all these accusations and posts from you in here is that even though you know you shouldn't be doing this and definitely cannot afford any of it, you seem to be playing a constant blame game with as many casino's that you can by making deposits. You get your 5 minutes of joy out of the play with the sole intent of accusing and blaming and demanding refunds which you feel entitled to because you asked to be blocked but weren't.
So......all of a sudden it's their fault not yours yet you still had to keep trying it again and again knowing darn well what the outcome will be.
Wake up and do as Ed and others have encouraged you to do.
Install software on your pc, your phone, any and all devices you have access to.
Block and unsubscribe to all casino mail and seek help.

It's obvious you have an illness in this and I am not criticizing or belittling that illness but only YOU can fix this.
There is enough help around you just have to reach out and be serious about it.
You are selfish and that's why you continue to do this for YOU.
Time to wake up and stop blaming everyone else and take responsibility for your own actions.
Reality is a very hard pill to swallow at times.
Time for some medicine......seek help.

If the moderators of this site feel my comments are too harsh, I expect this post to be deleted but I couldn't keep reading your posts without making a comment.

I think your comments are fine Ev_P. I know I have read my own back here and they could be interpreted that way too but sometimes people need a reality check.

Gambling should be a bit of fun that you do in your spare time with money you can afford to - and should expect to - lose. It is not something you should do with food or rent money, no matter the circumstances.

You're obviously ill CMANSON81 and you need to reach out to someone who can help you deal with it. I'm sure we haven't told you what you wanted to hear, but I hope that we've told you what you need to hear, and that we have at least helped you in some small way to quit gambling and seek help.

Thanks Ed.
Like you said in your post none of what anyone is saying to him at the moment is what he wants to hear / read but like I said, the truth is often hard to take and until he can come to terms and accept that he HAS to take steps to help himself, he will be in a world of pain.
I wish CMANSON81 well and hope for his sake he starts taking more positive steps to helping himself.

Agreed with the above comments. Addiction is a hard thing. You know it's an illness, but at the same time it's an illness that has to have the person suffering it to step up and resolve to cure. That's difficult, as you can tell them the reality, but until they're ready to seek that help it's like talking to a wall.

Hopefully Cmanson81 takes those steps to help himself so that others can help him.
