You said you're going to pass this information to the people in charge that hand the players accounts through lucky tiger casino I'm sorry to inform you but they're really sneaky and dirty and underhanded because they sent me documents supposedly stating my gaming history to verify that I place bet over $50 turn it up but what the documents show is that they were altered you could tell by the dates because I finished playing the playthrough amount on 1/24/2021 but yet at the very end of the documents the final date on it is 2/16/21. To adjacent columns where the total sums are supposed to be under don't even align with each other with the correct sums. And then when I asked the person on your chat he specifically told me that these documents state if I won or for lost they do not tell me how much I bet so how can they justify these documents to keep my winnings I'm attaching a copy of these documents and the email chats

Again, your story is very fragmented and hard to follow but I'm assuming they're voiding your winnings claiming you bet over the max bet the while using a bonus? What bet size did they claim you did? And did you?
They claim I bet 3 50 dollars bets but these documents that they used to verify the bet only had up you win and lost and the person o. The casino chat told me this and I have the chat transcript . You bet over 10 dollars
Ok. It sounds like they are claiming you bet over the limit while on a bonus - specifically 3 times over $50. Its a RTG casino so of course they don't care and don't stop you from betting too much, so it's totally on you to be aware and follow the rules.
The first screenshot you posted here doesn't show the complete dates, and is obviously just the bottom few rows of a much bigger spreadsheet judging by the row numbers. So it doesn't really prove anything that I can see, other than you were betting $2 a spin in the rows listed. I'd guess that the final row probably has the date and current balance of your account at the time the report was generated.
Your last screenshot shows you betting $2 a spin on Storm Lords many times, then 3 successive $50 spins.
I know our system does a bad job of scaling images with small text like that as it tries to keep them constrained on the page. I have to dig up the originals and read through the chat logs before saying any more.

So I've now read the chat transcript that you posted and that pretty much confirms what I suspected. It seems that you wagered more than the bonus wager limit of $10 with three $50 spins on Storm Lords. The facts that you lost all those spins, or that it only happened three times, or that their casino software does nothing to prevent you from making this mistake, are unfortunate and just rub salt into the wound. But technically, and to the letter of the T&Cs, the casino is correct that you broke their rules.
It sucks and I completely understand why you are annoyed as we have seen cases like this over and over again for many years now. We have been banging on about it trying to get casinos to change their ways and do the simple programming required to prevent this, but the truth is they don't care. They won't program the limits into the software because these rules allow them to use a T&Cs technicality to get out of paying unsuspecting winners. With an unlicensed RTG casino like that you have no hope of changing their mind once they pull this on you, and no-one can compel them to do anything.
Having said that I'm not sure why you are so fixated on the date on the last line of the spreadsheet and why you think it proves anything. It isn't the smoking gun that you think it is. They gave you a report of all your play history at the casino up to the minute from when the report was generated, which apparently was on February 16.
Also from my experience sometimes the reports can be with an hour or two hour time difference, depending on the company. Unfortunately I have to agree with Ed, it seems that you bet over the limit and as many casinos, they didn't inform you of it. I think one of the last times I ever saw a message of " you're playing with bonus funds, please don't exceed X maximum bet" was at Twin casino ages ago. Other than that, I haven't seen it myself for any RTG or most online casinos.
That is such a shame, I do wish there was a warning RTG could put in place in regards to stopping that from happening to players, but then again, its in the terms, its your own mistake but the've no reason to do anything like that as they are in there rights as they are following terms and as all the RTG tend to do really
