Katsubet casino is not refusing to pay out my $1569.76 they are instead telling me I'm in que and they have a back load of withdrawals to process and I'll have to wait. For almost a week now I've been getting the run around, first on impossible requests for verification and second to process my withdrawl request.
There was no bonus or wagering requirements involved, I broke zero t&c. I've provided everything they asked for. I've dealt with upwards of 15 people at Katsubet already, and uploaded around 20 documents of different sorts. I've hit a brick wall and clearly I'm not getting any further by myself.

StaffOh no... whenever I hear a casino say they "have a back load of withdrawals" it sets off alarm bells. It either means they are being unbelievably honest and conceding that they can't afford to pay you, or they are lying and delaying you for some other reason. Obviously neither is good so you're in a bad situation here. Quite why they think this sort of a story is going to reassure people is beyond me.
I've never heard of Katsubet and it appears to be a new casino. I do enjoy a good chicken katsu at a Japanese restaurant though. No idea if that is what they are trying to convey with the name? If it is that is a bit odd. It would be like calling it Ramenbet or Udonbet.
They have a useless Curacao faux-license in the name of a company Dama N.V. which I think means that they are running as a SoftSwiss white label. This is actually half decent news because most of them that we have reviewed and I've played at myself have been pretty good with payments.
We have a contact at SoftSwiss who actually used to post in the forum here as a player before he got a job there. He's been helpful in the past but last time we tried him we never got a reply. So I'll forward this thread his way and let you know if we get a response.

CL-Ed StaffWell the name is Japanese so it makes no sense for them to claim they are Canadian. Its likely to be geo-targeting to anyone who visits. So if I go there it would probably say that they are an Australian casino.
There are loads of casinos running under the same company name. However in this case it doesn't really mean they are related other than they share the same platform supplier, which is SoftSwiss (Dama N.V. belongs to them). The people managing Bitstarz or Oshi casino for example, would have nothing to do with this one.

CL-Ed StaffSo I've given them a weekend and a bit but we've had no response at all from SoftSwiss. I mailed the contact we had there and CC'd the anti fraud department. I don't know what to make of that. I guess its possible that our emails are not getting through their spam filter or something. Of course they could be totally ignoring us but that would be weird as they have usually been very responsive in the past.
