Fair Go casino stalling payout, condesending requests.

Hi, i have an enquiry about a casino (fairgo casino).

I am after some advice on a withdrawal that they seem to be putting off.

I have been verified over a year ago, have had a few successful withdrawals, until recently i was ask to send in another copy of my birth certificate as my previous (which was already accepted n verified a while ago) one was cropped a tiny tiny bit in the pic.

I have sent them new pics of it but now they are giving me the run around with first saying i need to be in the pic holding it n then in the next email a pic of just the birth cert, n so i again send what they ask but then they write back saying i need to be in the pic, vice versa - with each of these replies from them taking two extra days.
Ive been a loyal customer for 5 years n i am so frustrated. Please can you advise me on what to do?

There's nothing you can really do apart from send them what they want. They aren't regulated or accountable to anyone, so there is no official dispute resolution service or arbitrator you can turn to.

They have quite the reputation for refusing to pay anyone that has broken their bonus wagering rules in the slightest way, which you can read more about here.

Yeah they have more of a bad rep than I have given them credit for.

I dont use bonuses n can assure I follow every rule n t&cs to a tee.

It's only a $600 request- which is around the amount I deposit n lose every week or so their casino - so I will just spread the word n take my money elsewhere.
Their loss..

The best recommendation is to provide them with what they have asked from you and be patient. I hope you will receive your withdrawal.

Best of luck to you. Let us know when they pay ya out. I agree that it's dumb to have them make you do it again, but kinda required at this point as there's nothing there to hold them accountable.

That's the thing, I have sent them for the past week every kind of pic they've requested, n then some! ie different views of me holding the ID, the ID by itself, the ID with me, every type of way I possibly could n most of them were sent as a reply to their emails.
I don't do bonuses, so it can't be that.
Anyhow I got this email from them this morn:
Thank you for your patience regarding your payout request of $ 600.00 AUD via BankWire .

Unfortunately, this payout was denied as you have not upheld our below-mentioned rule:

Payout Denied

We have denied your payout and voided your winnings and your bonus for your Account ID pinkichicky .

- I wont let this rest, it's not even about the money anymore, it's the principle. I feel like I've been set up to fail even when I know ive done everything right. They're clutching at straws.

So the usual story we've heard over and over again with this casino is that someone claims a bonus, then while wagering the bonus they bet over the casino's maximum wager amount which might be $6 or $10 on a spin for example. It doesn't matter if they do it once or 50 times, it doesn't matter if they do it long after having a big win and then losing loads on the oversized bets. If the player does it the casino will use it as the excuse to void the win.

You are saying you do not claim bonuses, but the casino's message says they "voided your winnings and your bonus". So something doesn't add up.

I honestly have not used a bonus, I don't use them. Well I used to a while ago, but only when I didn't have money n I always know I can't cashout if I do win from then, well if ive played high bets or want over the $180 max cashout.
Playing bonuses to me defeats the purpose as I can't feel the excitement as I do if ive deposited n no active bonus. I have only ever redeemed no deposit bonuses
, never deposit bonus as i like to get the 25% cashback when i lose my money. And no the winnings weren't even from the cashback money. I am pretty anal about bonuses n exercising the rules n regulations as I know that the withdrawal requests in all casinos are searched over with a fine tooth comb in search for a reason to not pay out. I get that.

I'm not gonna waste anyones time n lie about this. I am just saying the honest truth which is why im pissed.

Appreciate your time n im all about honesty, but also about respect, i showed that casino respect n i expect it back n yeah im getting way too ott in stressing over this.

OK.

I have exactly the same issue with my recent withdrawal.

I've been a player here for years and always paid like clockwork. Same documents. Now the pic of me holding my licence isn't "legible". It's been 10 days now back and forth and now it takes 3 days for a reply instead of 1.

No bonus.

Can you please help? Username is my forum name 😊

Something has changed and it's not good.

Pinkichicky has reported that she has been paid.

With the id docs, the problem seemed to be that they wanted a picture that showed both the id document and her real face in the pic at the same time. i.e. holding the id up to the camera next to her face. If that is the same issue, make sure your whole head and face is visible (similar to a license photo - don't obscure part of your face) and make sure the id is fully visible and in focus. Once she got that sorted out, they approved the docs.

Interesting.

What I don't understand is that the other pic of me holding my ID has been fine up until now. Also, support response time has increased dramatically.

Up until now, I would have recommended them based on reliability of payouts, but 10 days to look at a photo is crazy. I guess I've seen things like this as a precursor to problems over the past 20 years, but it's good to know pinki was paid.

Yeah it sounds really fishy, and more like an excuse to delay as opposed to any form of legitimate security or compliance checks. They aren't licensed or regulated by anyone that would demand they enforce any set KYC procedures so if they have been fine with your custom for several years, I can't see any reason for it to be a problem now.

Note we've had complaint after complaint about this operator over the past couple of years, mostly strict and opportunistic application of bonus rules to deny payouts. Technically correct according to T&Cs but utterly customer hostile and without sympathy for obvious mistakes, as opposed to stopping bonus hunting syndicates and whatnot.

Now we're hearing this sort of stuff for players who aren't even claiming bonuses. That is suggestive of many things and none of them good. I can't reconcile this sort of thing with the way they were run 5+ years ago, so I'm at the point where I suspect they may have quietly changed ownership. But unfortunately I have no proof of that.

We used to regard them highly but not any more. I would not recommend playing at any of their casinos these days.
