Please help if you can

I've been getting the ultimate runaround all day. Been passed from agent to agent and each new agent acts like they've never heard about my situation and make me explain it all over again.

Hopefully this is the last explanation I have to give.

I joined a 10 dollar buy in 25,000 dollar blackjack tournament at wild casino.ag not knowing whether the site was legitimate or not.

I started playing and didn't realize at first cause I'm used to trusting that my winnings are being added to my stack but all of a sudden was out of chips and I had only lost maybe 1-2 hands. So I watched, and as I was playing, the game was stealing money from my stack. Not even discreetly stealing, like blatantly obviously taking my money.

I spent a couple hours on chat with about 15 different agents, each would disconnect me after I explained the story and then I'd get a new agent who knew nothing about the situation. One support agent said it was the game trying to catch up to itself and just hasn't paid my winnings yet. Not the case as I still have no money and I was winning nearly every hand.

Be the judge for yourself the videos are posted below. Avoid this casino, they're not a trusted place but you may already know that.

I asked them to review my betting history since their terms state that they keep them and didn't get a response, asked for their phone number and was told they don't have a call line even though their terms say they do. Asked who regulates their casino and got disconnected from chat. The whole thing has got me pretty angry. I know it's only ten bucks but it's the principal behind it. People are getting screwed out of their money and don't even know. I had though I had a decent chance of winning the top prize of 5 grand cause I play a lot of blackjack and have basic strategy memorized forwards and back and have been counting cards for years not that it mattered since it's a computer but still I've been playing for a long time.

Any guidance or help is appreciated. Feel free to share the crap out of the videos, I want them famous.

I'll try and get the videos more clear, I just realized how grainy they are.

No worries about the videos. Our site just embeds them in landscape mode no matter what so they look small here. If you click the watch on Youtube button you can see them much bigger.

I can see what you mean. It appears whenever you hit or stand the game is subtracting more money from your account before working out the payout for that hand.

I have seen games that are delayed in catching up with previous hands. It can happen because the client (your phone or pc) gets out of sync with the server. However I doubt that is the case here because you're waiting a long time between actions and it has plenty of time to catch up. And it consistently happens when you click the button to either hit or stand. Obviously we can't tell for sure but its so obvious that I doubt it would be deliberately cheating you, its probably a bug in a badly programmed game.

Unfortunately the casino in question is not licensed or regulated anywhere so there isn't much you can do about it. The casino has the same affiliate program with BetOnline, another casino which has a questionable history, which suggests that they probably share the same ownership. It had a dealer caught cheating on a live dealer table, though to be fair it was a third party supplier responsible for that game. They have also had issues with buggy games not paying out properly in the past (that time in favour of players). As they are unregulated there was no punishment or penalty handed out for any of that so with respect no-one is going to do anything about a $10 tournament fee.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Pretty unfortunate especially when they didn't refund you or help in any way. Things like this can happen but then it is a provider malfunction which would need to be fixed and player refunded, of course if it's actually a legitimate casino.
