Fairgo casino refused payout and closed account

1 reply • Last post

I signed up for a free bonus at Fairgo casino and wound up making it through the ridiculous playthrough requirements and stopped when I was at almost 100 even so that I could withdraw.

I knew I'd have to get verified first so I contacted customer service and after being told i met the requirements of withdrawing my winnings I got the info needed for verification. I submitted a copy of my Drivers License and utility bill and then subsequently after 5 days sent them a selfie with my ID as well upon there request.

So after waiting a total of ten days I received an email this morning that I was verified and could cashout. Went to withdraw and got an error message stating contact support. After waiting on support chat for almost 2 hours I was told by the rep that my state is not allowed to play at the casino and that they've closed my account and will not be paying my winnings.

I pleaded with them that they're ethically and morally wrong in this as they not only verified my ID and address but because of an issue with their website when I was signing up, they were the ones who entered my state of residency into the system for me!

They wouldn't hear any of it, sent me a copy of their terms of service and closed the chat. Ironically their terms of service doesn't have any verbiage about the state I live in or any other of the states for that matter, so whatever they're hanging their decision on is unclear to me.

Can anyone help, Please?

If more information is needed let me know I'd be happy to provide it.

Thanks.

Sounds like another one to add to the list of questionable conduct from Fair Go Casino. We've been inundated with complaints about these guys over the past 18 months. Move on and don't play there again. At least you didn't lose any money there.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
