Valid license rejected

Hi, I have made a withdrawal request from Bitstarz, they rejected my license as proof Of ID because it will expire in 2months 3 weeks from now. Is this a legitimate rule for a casino to warrant. I can understand if the license had expired but this is not the case.... Any help is appreciated!

If what you are saying is accurate, I'd say that it is nonsense. What are you supposed to do? Wait a few months until you renew your license? In the past I've had utility bills rejected for being more than a few months old for example, but never a valid license.

Personally I've always found Bitstarz to be very good with payments. Surely there must be something more to it. Do you have a copy of the email or chat where they stated this was the reason?

Hi Thank you for responding, No there is nothing more to it, I will try and get a copy of the conversation and upload it on your forum. It's was as simple as Rejected because of not being valid for more than another three months as it expires on on August 20 .... I found it hard to believe when I was reading so I can imagine why you would think there is more to it, but I can assure you there is not.

That's dumb. It sounds like they're enforcing the customs standards for someone visiting a country with a passport that expires in less than six months after arrival. That's lame if accurate.

I always use my passport as proof of ID, however I remember years ago I used it as verification while it was about to expire in like a month and didn΄t have any problems with that.

They suggested I get a proof of age card which would have taken 2 weeks to arrive and I believe cost about $100... when I have a valid license I just didn't think I should have to do that...

It's absolutely ridiculous and with all the good reports I hear about Bitstarz I would never have thought that they would make such a stupid rule. Let alone not put it on their T &C page.

I'm with you all the way GenaLouise, this does look and sound absolutely ridiculous. For any casino to throw that poor excuse at a player is appalling.

Far out that is beyond stupid. It reminds me of how some countries won't let you visit unless your passport is valid for more than 6 months, even if you're only going there for a 1 week holiday. I've never understood that and I can't understand what BitStarz are getting at in this case.
