Hello

I did open account with Betswagger and made deposit from my personal bank account. I did win £9000.01 and wanted to withdraw. They requesting to verify your account on the first time of withdrawal so i did provide them with all needed documents. When they reviewed and seen my balance in my account was £9000.01 they banned my account straight away and emailed me by saying they closing my account and refunding my deposits back.I asked why and why they refunding my deposits back worth of £140 instead of my winnings of £9000.01 they simply said we dont need to give you a reason and suggested to read their terms and conditions.  I said its fraudly activity as i did everything legaly and fairly ..then they replied by saying there was suspicious activity..i asked what suspicious activity as i did nothing wrong. Then they just emailed that all im getting is deposits refunded and its final decision. Just simply as that they keep my £9000.01 for themselves. Please help me with this ..help me to get my winnings paid out to me.

Many thanks in advance

Opened account but glad I didn't deposit...... see this for an email chain....

Signed up to this casino, but having read lots of reviews about money disappearing etc, I thought I'd ask whether the casino accepted U.K. players, and more importantly, whether it was legal........
There is no way I am depositing or giving any of my personal details here......this is the conversation I had via email with someone purporting to be William Dorant...
Make up your own mind whether you want to deposit here.......but I think the email conversation speaks for itself.....couldn't give a straight answer!!!

Hi, can players from the U.K. deposit and play at your site?
I can't see anything specific in your terms and conditions.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply,

So is it legal for me to deposit & play there?

Strange you mention that I will get paid if I win....I didn't ask that!

Thanks

Blimey, nothing like a dodgy reply.....

You can't even tell me if it's legal for U.K. players to deposit & play at a Curacao registered casino?
It is up to me if I want to play, and I most definitely won't be!
Looks like all of the bad reviews are pretty bang on here in the U.K., and I will be adding this poor excuse of a reply to the list!

I will be closing my account...

Thanks

Wow. 😲

Interesting that his name identifies him as working for Usoft Gaming. I believe they are a live dealer supplier. I wonder if they operate the casino themselves or are subcontracted to provide support? Hmm I looked them up and it looks like they do both, along with supplying barely clothed dealers for some "adult" casinos.

Hi OC2012, I have a similar issue with Betswagger with a number of issues, failure of KYC, they don't hold a licence to transact with UK players, no player protection.

I would be keen to talk further with you on this as I would like to hear if there were any further developments on your case.

All the best

Unfortunately it seems alot more Casinos are doing this and using ToC's which are difficult to find deliberately so that the player never reads them. Then use them against the player not to give his winnings. I have been banned a few times from various casinos for rubbish reasons because I'm wanting to withdraw.

The Casino after all want's to make money not spend it. And when a player gets lucky they will find a way out of paying it out. They have loads of tricks up their sleves.

Thats a sad one! Terms and conditions are what the casino pray the players dont read properly as then they can screw you without any fault on there end or on there part, these are shocking posts.
