Initiated withdrawl on April 20th and now May 18th still nothing. $866 bitcoin suppose to be within 24hours and it's almost one month. I have been in chat with support countless times and I have also sent emails. I continue to get the same scripted response stating delay in processing by third party processor, we will email you once processed. I just dont know what to do, I cant get anything resolved with them and I can really use the funds. Not able to work due to being immunocompromised and Covid affecting this world, these funds can do a great deal for myself and my children. This is not right and these people dont seem to care.
