Roo casino won’t pay my winnings (again)

6 replies • Last post

Hi I have been playing on roo casino for a little while now I always deposit without a bonus just because the wagering requirements are crazy.
I've had good wins but never could hold my self to withdraw but until a couple of weeks ago I deposited a few times during the same night With NO bonus, lost a bit but kept putting in more and then I started to up my bet and I had a good spin and won a jackpot of 5000$ and from there I just kept winning I won almost 25000$ Aus dollars,,,
So I try to withdraw 20000$ in 5000$ lots and I got asked for I'd and all the verification stuff which I submitted and a couple of days later they wanted photos of me holding my documents which I did and then couple of days later I got asked to go and get my documents notarised at notary which I did and submitted over a week ago, every time I contact support chat they keep telling me to wait for the payment team to email me which they haven't for 7 days today.... I still have the 20000$ pending withdrawal. Is there anyone that knows what I can or should do cheers Benni

this is terrible and I am sorry to say that it looks like there is nothing you
can do but wait and hope the casino will pay your winnings out.

because it looks like roo casino doesn't have a casino license at all. I could not find any information on the site and on the internet.
wait until the admin Ed has read your thread and answers you. he is also Australian and maybe he can give you some good tips ... but as far as I can see you only have to wait and see

sooner or later almost every player has a bad experience with dubious / rouge casinos or shady terms & conditions ...
unfortunately this experience is very expensive for you. From this forum I see how bad the situation is for players from America and Australia when it comes to finding a good and trustworthy casino.
Of course there is also a small chance that you will get your money because paying such sums actually always takes a little longer because the casino checks exactly whether everything has been received correctly

anyway good luck

Ah the old "resend your documents" and "get them notarised". They are well known tricks used by casinos to slow down the payout process. So don't get sucked in. Whatever you do, do not reverse your withdrawal or play with any of the money in your account.

There's already a thread with a long list of complaints with the exact same title as this one:
Roo casino won't pay my winnings

And another one here:
Has Roo Casino been black banned

So loads of complaints, but as per usual almost always due to bonus related issues. But you have not claimed a bonus so assuming your ID docs check out there should be no reason to deny payment. There are also a couple of people who reported being paid eventually in those discussions, so all hope is not lost.

The casino operator has tried to hide this association over the years but we have discovered that this casino is under the control of the people responsible for GoWild Casino and a few others. When the Australian government crackdown started they moved all their Australian customers to another brand called GW Casino (gee.. how clever), and stopped accepting Aussies on their legitimate licensed brands. Then they launched a few more Aussie themed ones including Roo Casino. So unlike most of the other crap Aussie themed casinos that have opened in the past 2 years at least we ultimately we do know who is in charge of this one.

Give them a chance to start paying you this week. I doubt they will pay you more than a few thousand at a time, and you may have to wait several weeks or months to get it all. Once again I can't stress this enough: do not play there any more, just wait them out.

Thanks for your reply mate, they have reversed my withdrawal with 5000$ lots but I keep withdrawing. I'm not gonna play anymore just because this is pissing me of when one deposit and play fair and just happen to win and then not even get paid that's just shit. I will wait and see what is going to happen hopefully I get some money if not all, just have to wait and see. I have been asking chat every second day I'm not being rude but just asking why it's taking its time. Thanks again

Did you ever get your money? Hope you know that the law protects players in Australia. If they don't pay you, you can't report their fraud and at least get your deposits back. Timeframe is quite lengthy too in this case.
