Desperately seeking info

20 replies • Last post

Has any one had dealings with BCASINO? I am pursuing an issue with winnings that were revoked recently and am certain that that place aren't playing by the book. Just need to dig a bit before I take it further. Any help would be great!

Cheers

They don't have right to revoke your winning, and i guess bcasino they will not do that for any reason, how long have you been facing the problem, did you try to disturb them on live chat or by emails??

I made the withdrawal 11 days ago, was informed I wasn’t getting 3 days ago, since then have been trying to get enough stuff on them to go to resolver and see if that makes a difference. I have emailed gambling commission to get updated RTS changes, but yet to hear back. Just hate being screwed over. Went to chat and the bloke was rude to me before so I screen shot the chat. Emailed them and they said we will get back to you not over 8 weeks! Sure they are dodgy.... server issues, ridiculous t and cs. Joined forums to get help, as I am one from a year ago, but I seem to think they tend to favor the casinos to be honest so not posting my stuff about it up. I am fuming!

Hey Kelsie1978 you're all good now with your post.

Looking at our blacklist, I can see bCasino is one of the AffPower group's casinos. That is really bad because those guys are more or less an organised crime group. They are an Israeli operator that have been involved in loads of shady and criminal conduct and have been fleecing people for years quite deliberately.

I was going to tell you to stick to playing at sites licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Then I looked at bCasino's site and I am gobsmacked to see that these thieves actually do have a license. That at least gives you an option for help.

You said you contacted the UKGC, but have you submitted a complaint through eCOGRA? In their T&Cs bCasino lists eCOGRA as their official Alternative Dispute Resolution handler. This is an independent body you can go to when you have a dispute with the casino that cannot be resolved. Use this complaints form at eCOGRA's website.

I am still shocked and disgusted that these criminals got a UK license. What on earth is the UKGC doing? If you are trying to get a large amount it could even be worth considering legal action against the UKGC for gross negligence in licensing these people.

Hi CL-Ed sorry about using wrong heading. Shocked when I seen BCasino on here. Knew I could smell summit fishy! I emailed gambling commission to get updated regs that casinos need to follow. The t&c s are shocking and links don’t work to read them. I read that t&cs are meant to be clear and no click to get them. The g c hasn’t replied
But wanted to find it all out about them first before I complain. They claim I never followed t and cs but to be honest half I couldn’t read and the other half I fell asleep! Will follow that ecogra link and complain. Thanks for that! Appreciated!

I dont want to step on any toes here and mean no disrespect towards Casino Listings or any of the staff here by this piece of advice. But have you tried filing a complaint with AskGamblers.com ? They have a complaint section and from what I understand they have staff there specifically to deal with this sort of thing.
CL-Ed and the staff here know exactly what they are doing, dont get me wrong. I'm just trying to give you another bullet for your chamber in order to fight back against these assholes. Pardon my language, just hate hearing about people being taken advantage of .
Good luck, I hope everything turns out in your favour..

Hi yeah actually a member. Dunno about them though. I am probably way off here, but been reading stuff on site and I just feel maybe they sway to the casinos?.. I dunno, like I said probably way off. Just some remarks made to punters by admin, boils me up. To be fair that’s why I joined here and also why I’m reading up about stuff to make sure I get it right before I commit if you know I mean. I know they are huge popular though
Thanku

No problems WarOfTheGods. We do the same thing as they do and have been doing it longer, which is why we have this help forum and contact form. However our approach to handling complaints differs. Our experience tells us that publicly publishing private correspondence and details of complaints like they do does not benefit anyone really aside I guess from the site wanting to make it look like they are solving everyone's problems.

We also have a policy of not mediating in cases of casinos that are already blacklisted here, as over and over we have found it to be a complete waste of time. In cases where the blacklisted casino does respond it most often ends with demands that we remove the casino from the blacklist or place them as #1 on our recommendations before they will pay anyone. I'll leave it for you to fill in the blanks about what this means for other sites that may recommend or mediate on behalf of similar casinos.

I have my own opinions about AskGamblers. Lets just say that I do not believe that they prioritise player well-being or interests. bCasino is part of probably the most prolific group of scammers in the entire online casino industry over the past 5 years or so. From what I can see they rate bCasino 8.8/10 currently. That is appalling.

Hello kelsie , i just want to suggest to contact the MGA Malta Gaming Authority, they have a complaint support for all the casinos how are licensed from them : i will send you the link of the MGA site on PM and try if they can help. Keep fighting for your case, don't give up 💪

Kelsie1978 you are approved to send PMs. All you have to do is click the picture next to my name and then a little menu will slide down with a Send PM link in it.

The Malta Gaming Authority will be of no use to you because you are in the UK and therefore fall under the jurisdiction of the UKGC.

Thanks for the info CL-Ed, now I understand why some casinos , that I know for a fact are not good guys, are near the top of some lists for places that players should deposit. Dirty tactics on both sides with that one.

The problem with posting a complaint with Ask G is that if the casino you complaining about is paying them affiliate commission then they tend to side with their source of income rather than the player , at the bottom of this site Casino listings has links for Casinomeister and LCB you will have more success with those two when compared to ask gamblers , out of curiosity is this casino one the casinos owned by the same group who owns winner casino ?

Hi, that was the my reasoning behind it to be honest. No point making complaint there that’s why I just left feed back. I doubt it’s put up, and why I mentioned feedback score all just a paid package, hence most 5 star reviews have only one review on there profile. The whole thing from the beginning is just one big lie. I leave feed back on a well known trust site knowing it would not be put up but curios about how they handled it. Knew for sure what was going on when it came straight back encrypted and useless, and that was BCasino review lol. Now I don’t trust trust sites.i have had the contents of my devices, linked to same ip. Destroyed by Amaya Offsure Investigations. And it all links to companies around the world straight back to BCasino,gs technology, Neil D Gungah and various alter
egos, Involving 600 other zero existence companies and probably 2000 Wealthy people.. all because I just wanted my 600.00 winnings back... it’s all a joke, trust sites the lot. I’ve seen Members of Ask gamblers in here and in Casinomeister’s as informants, going back and chatting in forums etc... this site is the one I trust most out of them all. The most genuine I think... I shall carry on my crusade of bitterness, for being screwed over. I’m just that way inclined.... in fact I have probably broke the law, in my quest to
Find out about Casinos breaking the law lol... thanks for listening Lambino!

Winner Casino has engaged in a lot of dodgy behaviour but I've never seen anything connecting them to the AffPower / GameTech group which BCasino is part of. I do know they are both Israeli operations though and seeing as how they all work very hard to hide their ownership structures it is not beyond the realm of possibility.

Hi as they say it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I have had my stuff I’ve been collecting encrypted on my device. I haven’t done anything discreet, but for a reason, so ... and I have put feed back in one place, that I knew it wouldn’t be accepted, and I don’t mean AG. And no sooner had I pressed submit, it filled my screen mumbo jumbo.. so I get this unsecure network thing I look at it’s certificate. I’ll attach it. Go on endpole, research the company, and basically in some way or another there all linked through business, through micro companies, directors, limited share holders etc..., it’s who you know, and there’s shed loads. Dunno if I make sense but..

You ever heard of Offshore Leakes. I have had a good look at there site. After they kept appearing that day my stuff is encrypted, but backed up. Luckily but there’s a connection, even with affiliates so called in Israel. More like Putney bridge, London actually.

Opencorporates is also good, plus many jurisdiction have their corporate information for a small fee.
