Has anyone had issues with TRUE BLUE CASINO, i have provided all required documents etc and yey they dont bother replying to my emails and everytime i go on chat and attach all my screenshots i have of previous conversations i keep getting told " i am going to escalate your account to payments department" yet still NOTHING.

Sad to say, True Blue Casino is part of the same group as Raging Bull. They have a history of being slow to pay players and also have inept customer support. My advice is to keep on them and hope that they'll pay out eventually.

Yeah if they are related to Raging Bull you’ll be lucky to be paid at all. Not much you can do except keep pestering them to pay and whatever you do, don’t reverse your withdrawal to try to win more. That is exactly what they want you to do.

I know that Australians have less casinos to play than before...

If your deposit and withdrawal are not too big, even if big, you would better not get anxious about it. Just do as CL-Ed instructs above.

True Blue Casino IS A SCAM!!!! I won 20,000. And I tried to withdraw. The live chat costumer service told me to wait. The next thing I know I cannot and still now unable to access the site

You're right that they are a scam casino, as mentioned above.

However that looks like some kind of temporary networking error that could mean a problem anywhere between your computer and their server. It is very unlikely to indicate that they have blocked you personally.

Biggest scam Casino I've encountered so far, I had a few wins have all the screenshots, fair enough they denied the $1800,$900,$400 and $700 as they were won playing free spins, but then I collected my Comp point money $37 and ended up winning $2700, they approved that win Plus $100 for the free spin wins, Now they're trying to tell me I won the $2700 with a $20 Bonus money which is Rubbish as I have all screenshots to prove that I was at least entitled to 2k of it Maximum withdrawal with Comp point Money. SCAMMERS Will Never Play there again
