Betway winning money processing problem

I asked a friend who used to work with this at Allslots casino and she says it has to do with how much money you want to take out. Sometimes they can process the 1st withdrawal if it is under a certain amount without askin for verification.
She said it's very easy to verify the account and this is regulated by financial laws so it's not something Betway or other casinos decides on by themselves. You only do it 1 time so the next time you make a withdrawal they already have your papers.
This is what she told me:
Simply use your smartphone to take photos of:
The 2 first pages of your passport.
OR driver's licence.
+ a recent utility bill (such as electricity or water bill) - important that you photograph the entire document (= all 4 corners should be seen in the photo and your name and address must be readible and match the address you have in your Betway account)
+ Some casinos also ask for a recent credit card statement for the card you have used to deposit with.
+Some casinos ask for a photocopy of a recent bank statement but again it usually depends on how you have deposited to the casino account. Also, if you have already sent a copy of a recent bill with your address on, then they usually don't need also a bank statement.

Then you upload the documents in your casino account (not sure if this is possible at Betway) OR send them by attachment to the financial team you got the email from asking for the documents. If the photos are blurry and can't be read they will ask you to take a new photo so try to take a good photo.

This is normal procedure at Betway when someone has a big win. They will delay and take a long time to verify your documents and they will not hurry things along no matter what you say. It is very frustrating but if your documents all check out ok they will pay you.

They refuse to engage with us as a mediator so we can't help you. All I can advise is to be patient and polite until they finish reviewing your identification.

A lot of casinos do not process withdrawals over weekends, and most banks certainly do not accept funds on weekends either. So hang in there, it should come through this week.

Oh, you seem to receive all the withdrawals from Betway casino. That's good.

They just do their regular account check in a very lousy way.
