Where's the money

Can anyone direct me on how to retrieve my money from slots of Vegas and ruby slots? I wish I had become a member much sooner!

Sorry Misty but those guys are first class scammers masquerading as casino operators. The owner has done jail time for fraud back in the 90s.

There's very little you can do to make them pay you. They string people along for months with endless excuses like they didn't get the ID documents from you, or there are experiencing a high volume of withdrawals, or they are doing a random security audit etc. It is all BS. All they want to do is make it so annoying and hard on you that you give up and forget about it or reverse your withdrawal and play with your winnings and lose them.

So all the advice I can give you is this:
1. Do not under any circumstances reverse your withdrawal and play with the money. Not even if they try to entice you with bonus offers for doing so (yes they do stoop that low).
2. Keep asking politely for them to pay. Threatening them won't work, they will just close your account and keep your money.
3. Do not deposit any money at any of their casinos ever again.

In the end you may get lucky and they may pay you. If they do not pay and you deposited using a credit card you can contact your credit card issuer and file a chargeback form to recover your deposits due to fraud on their part. Be aware though that there is a chargeback time limit and if you wait too long you will not be able to do it (another reason I suspect they make people wait so long for their withdrawals).

Unfortunately those casinos are well known for being rogue and delaying customer withdrawals (in the best case scenario) or not paying them at all. I would suggest read Ed's advice and proceed from there.

It is very bad to see these criminals doing awful things to innocent players.
If you are a RTG game players, please, check the new casino names in this thread.
