Hi Javi2990, sorry for taking a while to respond but you posted this in the wrong place - I have moved it to the help and support forum.

I've seen this many times before. Refer-a-friend programs are magnets for abuse, as fraudsters refer themselves many times using fake names and addresses just to claim the money. Or a bunch of friends sign up with no intention to play at the casino any more than the minimum to qualify for the reward. So the casinos are very careful to check everyone who claims one of these bonuses, and if they spot even slightly similar details or any discrepancies they are all over it.

That said, Treasure Mile Casino is already on our blacklist as its owners basically stole the money from a progressive jackpot winner at another casino they own, Grand Eagle, earlier this year. They have proven they are untrustworthy so I am not surprised that you may be having issues there even if you have done nothing wrong.

As we already have them blacklisted and warnings posted there is nothing we can do to help you on this one. I am sorry.
