Universal Slots issues upon issues upon issues

16 replies • Last post

Greetings I need some help regarding this casino last week Thursday I claimed a no deposit bonus which I wagered and requested a withdrawal of 100 euro on Saturday the casino informed me my payout was rejected as the terms for the bonus state max payout for ND is 50 euro so they subtracted 40 euro off my balance and returned my 10 euro deposit and 50 euro winnings, I then continued to play and won an additional 240 euro and I won it before even going into the 50 euro that was rewarded to me earlier, so the money won after the bonus deduction and my deposit that I made was done with no bonus and my money the casino has been stalling my payment since accepting my KYC docs assuring I am fully verified to only email later or the next day asking me to send kyc docs again, my withdrawal of 300 euro was rejected again and 50 returned to my account for reasons that were previously already applied either this casino cannot remember that they had already corrected my acvount balance due to the bonus thar was tied to it or they clearly do not want to pay me out, can someone please suggest what I can do to rectify this issue

i am sorry for that
i had made some very bad experience with life support in general at different casinos.
support agends that had no clue what they are talking about and give me tataly wrong
information etc.
from that point i always download a chat transcript or sent it to my email to be able to prove
that the support giave me wrong information and the mistake is at the casino site.
that has been helpful a few times so far.

You right the best is to always keep the live chat records which In this case I did not do but the casino does retain them for a short period of time hopefully they can check them to verify my claim , I do have screenshots though of the action they took the first time they adjusted and deducted my winnings the first time

Well I just got off live chat now and they say I should have withdrawn my 60 euro first then then redeposit to be able to withdraw anything above the already wagered and adjusted real money won from the bonus wagered even though the first deposit that had been done to verify that the wagered bonus was eligible for withdrawal as per thier T&C's had been deposited after successfully completing wagering of the bonus and excess winnings silubtracted off the first withdrawal request despite all of this I should have waited to be paid out despite the casino assuring I would be paid out on the day on two different occasions which was never honoured by them, this is as ridiculous as it sounds and is pathetic in my opinion so I have in my pending withdrawal 60 euro 10 was my deposit and 50 from the no deposit bonus waiting to be paid out within 48 hours from time of request which means it will be slightly under 7 days from the very first request last week to get this money if it even comes at all, and 240 euro confiscated for a reason that is nowhere to be found in the bonus terms and conditions aswell on the casinos general terms and conditions, I will never play at this dump again

it is no problem to make your documents size 512kb or even smaller.
but you need a professinal tool for it...i always use a portable version of photoshop...
150kb and still sharp and well readable is no problem...

I've seen many cases like this before and I have never ever seen a casino do the right thing and reverse their decision. That is most likely because the only ones that apply this sort of rule are usually rogue casinos anyway.

I remember in particular a guy who complained on here about being ripped off of something like $9000 after a rogue RTG casino did this to him. RTG automatically reduces your balance to the max payout on a free chip after you finish the wagering requirements. He continued playing and won and of course they would not pay. They even admitted to me that if he had withdrawn and redeposited the same amount they would have had to pay, which is straight out ludicrous.

If they prevented you from playing any more and forced you to withdraw after you reached the max cashout and finished wagering then you could at least say that they were being fair. But the fact that they allow you to continue playing while having no chance of winning anything is completely unfair.

It looks to me like Universal Slots Are yet another Antillephone Curacao rip off casino. There is no-one you can complain to or report them to (aside from sites like ours) as Curacao does nothing to help players in disputes against their licensees. They are just a license fee collection business, not a serious regulator.

Ed i totally agree with you..that is just very unfair...
why are casinos doing that kind of shit to their customers..i mean this customers are
the only reason why they can exist 😠

It is stupid isn't it? You treat people like this and they don't return as customers. Plus they spread the word around at sites like this.

I don't know for sure, but this sort of thing to me is a sign of an underfunded operator who can't afford to pay out too many winners. There are loads of them around who think running a casino is an easy path to riches. Then they find out that in fact it is actually quite hard because surprise surprise some players actually win sometimes. Then they find they are losing money so they resort to ripping people off for short term gain rather than operate fairly.

hey Ed

this could be an explanation that applies to one casino or another...

but if you think about opening an online casino then it's very likely
that you already know something about this industry and you have already
gained some experience about casinos...maybe you are a player yourself.
and then you know that trustworthiness and fair play is a prerequisite to be successful.
also, you know that it can not be easy money because of the massive competition.

or the casino was only opened to rob people anyway

I think sadly that its the latter option in many cases.

This is quite unfortunate and also as Ed said, these things unfortunately happen with casinos that aren't that good.

Hi guys sorry for the late update I had no wifi yesterday and most today but I am back online now, Ed you right about this type of case being resolved in the players favour, I got my withdrawal yesterday
At long last but it was the 50 euro won but 10 that I deposited totalling 60 euro better than nothing I guess, I will never play at this casino again that's for sure and you spot on about the casino being cash strapped too Ed you can see it with thier withdrawal limits of 1000 euro weekly and 5000 monthly I don't see them lasting shady buggers

Oh well at least you got something from them. The tiny withdrawal limits are always a sure sign of a casino that doesn't want to pay out, usually because they are underfunded, crooked, or both.

Oh, great, you received it.
They might have get to know from your complaints that you are an very experienced player.
They would have concluded that they would better pay out your winnings 😀
