i dont know the terms & conditions for this
casino but it seems that buying a feature counts as a singel bet/spin. if this is the case you breached the rules and then there's nothing you can do... the rules are the rules

I've not been asked that question before. It's a good one. You should have probably asked the casino first. I fear you're asking now because the casino has used it as the reason to void your winnings?

I take it the casino is called "Pokie Hits". Is that right? I've never come across it before and can't even find it with Google.

Thanks, I've checked them out and I don't think we're going to be able to help you for several reasons.

There is absolutely no information on the site about who owns or operates it. If it is licensed or regulated anywhere they aren't saying so, so it's safest to assume that they aren't. Even if they are licensed, it is likely to be some tinpot jurisdiction like Curacao that won't help anyway.

The game selection is predominantly Betsoft and Pragmatic Play, two suppliers that we classify as rogue for having cheated players and/or stolen money in the past.

The term in question:

Quote:

15. The maximum bet allowed when playing with any type of bonus still active in your account should be less than 20% of the value of the bonus credited and should not exceed 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8AUD, 8CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK (as applicable) per single bet (For example: placing a bet of 8 EUR after claiming an initial bonus of 100 EUR is allowed).

It isn't explicitly stated one way or the other so it's open to interpretation whether you broke the rule. I can see their point of view however I tend to side with you because if they wanted to prevent that from happening they could have programmed the games to stop you from doing it (granted hardly any casinos actually do that).

Unfortunately this looks like a cheap rent-a-casino white label set up by someone who wants to remain anonymous as they directly target Australian players after most of the honest operators have left the market due to the government crackdown. So there is little chance of them doing the right thing and there is almost nothing you can do to compel them to pay you.

I thought that might be the case . They refunded my original 35$ so I turned that into 120$ and cashed it out just waiting to see if they actually pay anything even small amounts . Thanks for your help looking into it .

Yeah I'm really sorry. There have been loads of shady casinos set up just to target Aussies since the good operators all shut their doors to us. And there isn't much we or anyone else can do to hold them to account.

At least they gave you a refund. So not a total loss at least. Let's hope they actually pay you this time.
