I am so disgusted with Superior Casino. They are "supposed" to be more reputable than the rouge Rival casinos. They had a decent promo with low playthrough and a decent cashout amount. I'd played with them before, many times, but quit because I never won. For whatever DUMB reason, I decided to give them one more shot. And I won. I checked with them and submitted a withdrawl request via bitcoin for the amount I was told could be withdrawn.

They sent me the link to the verification form. I filled it out completely, and sent it in with my ID, copies of my credit cards, all front and back, along with a copy of my December water bill which is in my name. I got an email back requesting another utility bill. To be fair, my water bill copy didn't look very professional. So I sent in my cable bill. I also told them I could submit a copy of my lease if needed to further verify my address.

Well, today's email said that my address was not verified. I replied that I submitted two utility bills, then decided to start a chat on their website. Interestingly enough, my agent. Alex Anderson, is also the person I've been corresponding with via email. I asked what I needed to do to get my address verified, and his broken English replies were unclear other than saying I needed to submit all the documents I've already submitted. Why?🤷

I feel as if this is a tactic to delay my withdrawl. I will never play there again. I just want my winnings. For crying outloud its only $250!

Sorry to hear about this , it really sucks when a casino delays and stalls and generally does everything they can not to pay out , they do not have the best reputation online though so you might struggle to win this one but Im holding thumbs hoping you do

I really dont know how it is now but couple of years ago they approved my documents in few days and i didnt have problems. But if your utility bills are really good, so i think 100% they are delaying. Once i hade same problem with one casino (not Rival) and despite all the required documents were ok they started to complain about quality, after when i sent perfect quality they asked another documents not mentioned before. So its really looks like they wanna to delay. But be patient and fight, dont recall your payment and dont lose it.

I'm going to give them a couple of days. I got all the documents sent in again and I'm hoping that will do the trick.
I had originally sent a copy of our water bill, but it arrives in the mail as basically a small piece of cardstock folded in half, not even in an envelope. My name is only listed on the outside, so I had to make a photo copy of the half with my name beside the inside half with the actual billing info (I hope that makes sense lol), so that's why I *think* maybe they wanted further verification. After I sent in the 2nd bill (my cable bill) it just felt like perhaps we were all just misunderstanding each other. At least I'm really hoping thats is all it is.
Thanks for the reply. I feel a tad more encouraged since you said you didn't have problems a couple of years ago. I've never read anything saying they've ever charged hands or undergone any big changes. We shall see!

I'm not a fan of this casino but it's not because I have had some bad experiences, they just feel a bit off in general, mostly due to their long withdrawal timeframes. I hope that your issue will be solved though.

From my own personal experience Videoslots.com is the fastest, by far. I think most casino hold onto that waiting period just praying the gambling addiction will get the better of the person and they cancel their withdrawal request to play some more.
More often than not this results in the player not cashing out, I've done it plenty of times.
My suggestion, just let them delay it, just stand your ground , don't cancel your withdrawal request to play it, and they'll pay out your winnings eventually. The wait ducks, but you will get the last laugh.

yeah warofthegods i had the same top experience at guts casino....
my verification process take less then a hour and after my withdrawal request i got my money
in my ecopayz accound again after less then a hour.
for a few month now i upload my dokuments right away when i decide to deposit
at a certain casino cause some of the slow casinos need up to 3-4 days for the verification

For the past several months maybe even as far back as a year now, that's exactly what I've learned to do, I upload all required documentation beforehand, gives them one less excuse for why they're taking so long with my winnings lol
