Trouble Cashing Out At Tipbet Casino

19 replies • Last post

Well, I think it's about time I asked for some help, I was given a 15$ freebet from TipBet.com with almost impossible to win t&c that came with it.
Well I ended up winning, then won some more until I hit the max cash out limit at 100 euros.

I stayed withing the t&c, but trying to verify my account has proven to be an absolute nightmare. At first they just kept rejecting my withdrawal request, no reasons why, no call, no email, nothing. I sent in my documents at first via email and the next day also using the portal on their website, and everything said approved.
Sent my info in that was requested for a wire transfer to my bank account. It's a bank statement nothing to complicated there.
I opened that account years ago, and never went back until last week, so all my old info was on there. They dont believe that I reside at the address I've been giving them this past week, it's the exact same on every document, ( I've sent 4-5 different documents at this point ) bank statement , my government issued photo ID, Drivers License, all of it, everything shows the same address, my current address..
Now they're asking for proof of my old address, I haven't lived there in almost 3 years. Plus I rented a room in that house so nothing was in my name, this place the utilities are included in the rent. So my documents i sent in are from the government of Canada, the government of the province of Alberta, and my cell phone provider, my bank statement, plus random crap mail since i am out of options as to what's acceptable. They still wont accept my withdrawal request for 100 euros, .

Not sure why they are making this difficult at such a low request. Since I'm incapable of laying down in defeat, and out of options, I figured some backup was in order, I couldn't think of a better place then CL.

I may be alright after checking my TipBet account today, they wanted proof of my old address for them to update the info on my account to my new address. I came across an old email from my auto insurance provider from when I lived there, it had filed of my insurance papers attached to it., today all my info is updated and no more documents are needed.

Oh, so, your account is finally verified. It is very good for you, well-done, mam!!!

Next step is reviewing your play to their T&Cs, then, approve and send your money, right 🙂

If they have changed your account info like that, it seems likely to get your withdrawal approved.

Keep my fingers crosses.

I stayed within their t&c completely, I even asked support by email and live chat a couple questions after I had won with the freebet, just to verify. I have frequented Casino Listings long enough to know how important it is for a player to read over the t&c of every casino you play at.
Especially when using any kind of bonus at all, no deposit, freebet, match, reload , spins etc. Never leave it to chance because it's hard enough to win, never mind winning and then find out you broke some crazy hidden rule and dont get any money at all. I've been there, it sucks.

Plus, this is the first time in over a week where they haven't rejected my withdrawal request in under 24 hours, this time it's been pending for almost 2 days now lol

Well I woke up this morning to find it still pending, which isn't bad news at all. But then I realized I probably owe that mostly to the fact that it's the weekend lol

That's what I was going for the other day but I jumped the gun a little. The whole delay was because they wanted proof of my address on the account that I lived at almost 3 years ago. Of course I didnt have anything, I thought. I found an email I saved from when I lived there, my auto insurance with that old address and my full name on it.
Ive never heard of a casino delaying things because they wanted proof of an old address in order to change my account to current info, which they had all of at this point.

The t&c for the freebet were heavily stacked with seemingly impossible odds, I just got lucky and won lol

Well my withdrawal is still pending, it's got me a tad worried after I asked live chat for a status update on my withdrawal request, and was told that it would be processed today. Today for them was yesterday, and they'll be starting another work day right away.
Not sure if I should keep bugging them for info, or just sit and be patient and leave them alone.

Anybody have any suggestions, I've only had one withdrawal held back before they paid and that was years ago, I'm in unfamiliar territory.

I just received an email notifying me that my withdrawal request is complete and my funds have been transferred to my account, now I just have to wait another 3-7 business days for it to be in my account lol
That will be 14-18 days from start to finish

Oh, congratulations for your no-deposit withdrawal, which is the sweetest all the time.

Are you going to play in Tipbet with real money soon?

Once my nerves calm down I think I will, they had me so aggravated and mad with their ridiculous need to verify my old address. I honestly believe that was their silly attempt out of paying a non depositing player, winnings from a no deposit freebet with heavily stacked odds in Tipbets favour.

Forgot to mention, the 100 is in euros, with the current currency exchange rate, I'll get $150 CAN minus whatever fees the bank takes lol

Oh, I see. You got very angry with their verification process. I understand how you are feeling about it.
I had some long and tiring verification before, too.

Anyway, I hope that you would withdraw a lot from Tipbet when you play with real money.

Ya, I was annoyed, my utilities are included in my rent, so I don't have any, at first they said that all they could accept, then finally when I was able to find an acceptable proof of residence, they wanted proof of my residence on the account I never touch for over 2 years . Where am I going to find mail from 2-3 years ago, in a place I rented one bedroom from.
All this came after 4 days of rejected withdrawal attempts with not even one word of an explanation, as to why. I submitted my documents using the portal on their website and at first they all said approved, then days later, they were rejected.
It wasn't a normal verification experience that's for sure. It seemed at times like more of a nightmare lol

I got paid, money is in my bank account. So they didn't rip me off, they just made a ridiculous request , during the verification process that annoyed and aggravated me like crazy.
I guess that could be more of a me problem, except I've never been asked for proof of old addresses before when theres such a huge amount of proof of my current address.

It is good for you, man. It has been a while after my last withdrawal from a sign-up bonus.
I hope that I could get a withdrawal from a free bonus like you 🙂

Happy Halloween 🙂

Hey coolsongss, I did it just recently at Old Havana casino, although that one was even harder to get than this one lol
I'm still not sure what happened and why they decided to pay me, or even how they went about doing so, it was a strange turn of events that one lol
