Desert Nights Casino voided winnings

17 replies • Last post

Has anyone played at Desert Nights Casino? I played there in July of 2018, hit $3300 THEN was told I could only withdraw $2000. OKAY, no problem. Not too much in favor of this but went along. I was told several times that my winnings were on the way thru wire transfer for which they were going to charge me $60. I had been assured by a couple of employees of Desert Nights casino that I indeed would be receiving my winnings. Learned about 10 days after I sent all the necessary documents that I would not be receiving my winnings. i was given some sort of hogwash, song and dance. no winnings, no explanation. BUNCH OF CROOKS & THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, risingdawn,

Desert Nights Casino is a good one to play with real money, as I know.
This casino is owned by the same company which owns Slotocash and UptownAces and a few more.

I guess that you took a high percentage bonus with the max withdrawal of $2000.
If that is the case, congratulations Smile

You will get the withdrawal, hang in there Smile

What was the reason they gave you risingdawn?

We've seen a few recent cases with this group where they void winnings when someone claims a bonus and bets over the maximum individual wager limit on a spin. For example if the limit was $5 and you bet $10 on a spin they would void the winnings. They are very strict on this rule, even though they don't enforce it using the casino software.

I'd be happy to try to help you if you would only answer the question and tell us what they told you was the reason for the confiscation.

It would be difficult for me to tell you ANY reason since there was none. I was betting $1.00 a spin and sometimes .50cents. When they refused my winnings they asked for a screenshot and then they locked my account before I could get the screenshot. I have contacted the US Federal Trade Commission and the USA Gaming Commission. NOW MAYBE WE WILL GET SOME ACTION since numerous emails to Desert Nights has not worked. NOW TELL ME HOW HONEST AND FAIR THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

risingdawn, I have won in excess of $3000 several times with them. Not once, I had not been paid. They are a reputable casino. Also, casinos don't simply void your winnings without telling you the reason, even if you believe the reason is bogus. Therefore, my advice is to send a copy of your communications regarding your winning to Ed if you need help. The USA Gaming Commission and the US Federal Trade Commission have no jurisdiction over them.

Moreover, if you keep calling authorities over casinos you have disagreements with, other casinos will notice and will terminate your accounts with them.

I read your first post again. It seems that your ID check was rejected, correct?
Did they tell you that your account was verified or something like that?

This is complete nonsense. No they don't, because virtually every online casino available to Americans are oversees and online gaming isn't really regulated in the US (except for a few select places like New Jersey that have enabled it). You can complain to the US Gaming Comission all day long and they can't do anything.

Also, your tone is completely unnecessary here. As to "who asked you," you are the one posting about your predicament in an public, online forum. This is not a private conversation you're having, so don't tell others to butt out for pointing out valid reasons as to why you may have been denied payment from a seemingly reputable online casino.

How did you win $3300 betting that much? Did you hit a progressive or something?

I agree. That tone is not welcome here, and especially toward a reputable, helpful, long-time member, New Florida. Completely unnecessary. I understand this person is upset, but people who are just trying to help don't deserve that type of treatment, IMHO.
