Bovada froze my account unexplainably.

Bovada has frozen my account saying it was associated with other accounts which is ridiculous. They're being very shady on the phone and I have over 3 grand in there. I've probably won 12k playing poker and lost 9k of it back to them sports betting this year. It's my whole bankroll. Please help! I've already been waiting longer than they said.

Hey guys, wanted to update and say that Bovada made completely good on my account. There must have been a discrepancy with an account that a friend of a friend made and put me down as the refer a friend. The security lady simply asked me how I knew him, I told her the truth, that it was a friend of a friend, and she unlocked my account and apologized for the trouble. Very happy with how this ended, already got a cashout as well. Smile
