unable to log in and recieve needed email

I have been waiting for an email which i was told has been sent to reset my password. The Posh casino did not take any time at all to take my money but i cannot seem to get anywhere. I had no problem logging into my account before i downloaded the new lobby and now no luck getting in. Is there anyone within your customer service department that can resolve this or perhaps return my money and i will go to Foxswoods online instead!!!!

Hi emsterri, I'm not sure that posting that here will help. We are not Posh Casino and we haven't reviewed or recommended it either. You will need to contact their customer support people.
