Not getting paid by Planet 7

19 replies • Last post

Hi all,

I have 7 pending withdraws from P7 for over 16k. I've been waiting for about 5 weeks now - and getting the run around. I knew better to play there, but he bonus sucked me in.

Where can i file a complaint to get their attention? What actions can i take at this point?

I tried to file on Ask Gamblers but am not allowed to post there because I didn't respond to a casino complaint a year ago.

Any advice is appreciated.

in casino listing planet 7 casino is a site that has a "blacklisted" title, I doubt if they give you all your money, they have many cases about withdrawal,
16k is very much money, you can report it to some departments that give them a license, because I think it is impossible if you ask about your money to Planet 7 team, it will be a waste.
after all has finished go far away from them and try search in casino listing, here a lot of casinos are really worthy and responsible and have a trusted license, You will also know some casinos that have blacklisted titles, so you will know where are you going

Hey Tweed, sorry to hear of your trouble. It sounds like you know it already but Planet 7 Casino and related casinos have been ripping off people for more than a decade. They aren't licensed anywhere or regulated by anyone so the reality is that there isn't much you can do to compel them to pay you.

We've been through this a number of times with them and unfortunately they won't help anyone who complains here because, unlike other sites that you have already mentioned yourself, we refuse to remove them from our blacklist and refer more people to the slaughter. Which is their primary concern when dealing with complaints.

That said, keep pestering them as they do pay some people out from time to time. However be prepared for a long, slow, and painful process that may take many months. Don't touch the money, don't play there any more and don't get sucked in even if they tell you to play some more in order to speed up the payment process. Yes, they have gone that low in the past.

I'm sorry that I can't give you better news than that.

Hi! So what's happened by now...have you been paid yet or did you give up? Well, I looked on Planet7's home page online (not the mobile but from Chrome or Internet Explorer) and there is a logo "CDS" on the bottom of the webpage and click on it and read it and file a claim...better yet here is the link:

https://www.centraldisputesystem.com/form.asp?casinoID=134

I am very tempted myself to file a claim since they owe me $1100 and it's been since January 2018...I keep getting put off and promised the check is coming and that I will be getting a tracking number any time but still nothing and I'm getting fed up...so read the rules on claiming your winnings and let us know if it works out or not and I will do the same too...

By all means give CDS a try. It is worth a shot.

But don't get your hopes up because I can tell you from prior experience that they are usually about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They aren't a government regulated body or any kind of official arbitrator - they are in fact set up by the software provider RTG to give the appearance of a mediator for their largely unregulated casinos.

Another example of RTG allowing their name/brand to be pathetically dragged through the mud by continuing to allow rogue operators.

I really don't get it. Does RTG not understand that it makes them appear less trustworthy by allowing these awful casino operators to run their platform and games yet not pay winners?

What do you mean by "ban"? Online casinos are a dime a dozen and I doubt the news cares much about a shady group of online casino operators.

They didn’t want Them in the US before for this exact reason
. They are blacklisted for not enough protection due to being out of the country . So these online offshore casinos refuse to pay US players unless a fight is picked
The news focuses on scams worldwide this would fall in that category

Have you been paid yet? I had a big win a Plant 7 and Captain Jack in 2015. I won the random jackpot of $32500USD at Planet 7 plus about 10K on Cash Bandit and got paid no worries. Took about 1.5 weeks to get my first payment as they have a weekly limit of $2500K USD, but was paid weekly from then till all paid and same with Captain Jack and that was about $16K USD. They were very responsive to emails and any queries I had as well. I couldn't fault them really. I hope you have got some by now,

Hi, Kaz2305, it is very surprising about your Jackpot and their Paying...

Could you provide us some evidence about your weekly payments ?

That Planet 7 is as bad as it gets is old news, but I did not know that CDS is made by RTG. To me that look like an insult to every fan of RTG slots....

They provide slots to everyone with a casinolike domain, and when they turn up to be bad, they provide them with a wannabe-regulator lookalike to fool their own players and fans into a certain loss. If you loose, then you will deposit more, if you win you will not get your money, and if you want to file a complaint, you are directed to a non existing regulator, made by the game provider....

Who are you directing that towards? I can't see anyone in this thread that has been complimentary to Planet 7, which is widely regarded as a crooked casino.

Blondie915 wrote:

That is definitely possible. However it is the nuclear option. If you even threaten a chargeback you can expect to have your name shared amongst casino operators and likely to have your deposits refused and accounts closed at other casinos in future.

Casinos hate chargebacks and regard them as an affront to their poor, honest, hardworking decency (yes I am being sarcastic). With regards to unregulated RTG casinos like Planet 7, they can pretty much do what they like in terms of sending you on wild goose chases just to get a single payment. But if you so much as even mention or threaten them with the "c word" they will close your account and seize your winnings within 30 seconds.

The thing is though, if you are resigned to them not paying your winnings, you could threaten a chargeback and they will most likely refund your deposits voluntarily after shutting your account. They do this to prevent a chargeback which can result in them having their ability to receive credit card deposits shut down by a chargeback investigation.

Thanks for the info. I will never visit their site or any site they are affiliated with.

The other comment was toward the person that stated they got their winnings in a couple days, yeah right they did lolol!

Ah yeah sorry I missed it, you must mean this one:

It is possible that it is true. We don't know anything about the poster's play history. For example they could have lost 50k there before winning the jackpot. They will pay players that are well behind or that they know are going to keep coming back and losing. That is part of the scam. It's the winners they don't like to pay quickly if at all.
