Slots Plus slow withdrawal

14 replies • Last post

I am new here and seeing a lot of bad things about withdrawals. I have been two weeks waiting on slots plus . They say withdrawal is approved and will have to wait in order of withdrawals for my turn . How long is this process ?? 900$ is a lot to me ... Lol thanks

Annie001, first I moved your post to its own thread here as the other thread was about a different casino.

As you can see on our review page for Slots Plus (click that link) we have been warning for a while that they have been slow paying people for months now. I still believe that they are trustworthy and that they will pay you but the reality is they don't have the payment processing capacity to do it quickly.

What that means is that they use a 3rd party intermediary known as a payment processor to send payments to players. These companies often limit the number and size of transactions in order to not draw attention to the fact that they are processing gambling related payments for Americans which is a grey area with American banks.

You're just going to have to wait it out as there is no other option really. If you think you might be tempted to reverse and play with the money, either uninstall the casino for now or ask their support if you can lock your account until the money is paid.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.

Hi, Annie001, I used to play in SlotsPlus too. There are total 5 casinos which are owned by the same company. You should check it too.

I had 6~7 withdrawals from SlotsPlus, and except 3 withdrawals, the rest of withdrawals took 4~7 weeks, huh, so that I gave up playing there. But, they paid all of them, anyway.
I used to deposit and withdraw via Neteller, which they can process without any issues, but it took really long like that.

If your deposit is not too big, just play in other casinos and forget (or relax) about it for a while.

Hi, Annie001,

Where did you play other than SlotsPlus (RTG Softwares) ?
You are from US, so there are limited numbers of casinos to play.

You can find some casinos in this link : https://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/usa-accepted
And stick to ratings of 3.5 or more.

But, many casinos are having problems of 3rd party payment as CL-Ed mentioned above.

My recommendations from the link are Casino Extreme, iNetBet, Slotocash 🙂

Good Luck.

Hi, you can start it in the [Forum -> Gambling -> Online Casino] or [Forum -> Support -> Help] .

When you go into the [Online Casino] or [Help], you will see New Topic menu in the upper right part.

You can write about your case there.
Good Luck.

The main problem I have had with all of the mainstreet group is improper calculations of comp points. They are continually shorting me by hundreds not thousands of points. I continue playing there because I have had luck with sun palace , slots plus casinos, I currently have a split withdrawwl from slots plus plus totaling $3,000.00, won just last night and I also have a pending from sun palace for $1000. In the past sun palace has been as quick as 10 days in paying via wire, slots I have yet to get any withdrawal because i tend to go back and burn it, hoping not to do that this time, I need Christmas money. But those damn comp points are never correct and ive confronted them many times with this issue. Morning ago I wasnrather pizsed at the inaccuracies and when i confronted them with this issue and after i told their security about the screen shots I took of start and finish showing the comp points they out right gave me $200.00 NO RULES of any kind it was as if I made a 200 deposit. Also they Do Not have ANY WITHDRAWEL FEES, most others have up to a 60.00 fee.for withdrawal of your own monies.

Hi, Richard Travis, how long have you been playing in mainstreet casinos?

I played in Sun Palace and Vegas Casino Online.

No withdrawals from Sun Palace.
Several withdrawals from Vegas Casino Online which took 4 to 7 weeks.

I thought that all main street casinos take the same time like 6 to 7 weeks.

Maybe, it took shorter, because you are high roller...

The very long process of withdrawing money is very vulnerable to "reverse" because I'm sure everyone does not want to wait very long, and it's mostly used by some casinos for long withdrawal processes so that players do not get profit except with large amount of withdrawal regardless of length of process our withdrawal will remain faithful waiting,
