Title says it all. Slots.lv currently has my account "frozen" and are conducting an "investigation" stating that my account may be "associated" with some other account. I gave them all the information they wanted, updated all my personal information and spoke to two different "investigators" on the phone. They won't tell me anything about this "investigation" they have going and why they won't cash out my winnings. Anyone else had this issue with them? Any advice as to how to get my money I won? There is no reason they should be able to do this..yet they are. I'm pretty pissed about it. I've cashed out with them before with zero issues and now this. Thanks for reading and any help you have to offer.

I just finished posting on another members page which has a lot of information strikingly similar to yours.
One more thing, CL-ED (I think) was helping me and another member hopefully he reaches out to you as well. At some point based at least on my case and what I have been reading about others a lot of these casinos that are being "suggested" ultimately may have to be BANNED/Black Listed~ For the record
are all the same criminal syndicate from where I sit at this point in time. If you are a big player AVOID THESE SITES, like a plague and they have been basically robbing multiple people with larger cash-outs.
Just out of curiosity how much was your cash-out? My instincts say it was not small...
they are holding approx. $9,000 dollars of my money, so yes you are correct to assume it was large. I also strongly believe their site is cheating. I have played THOUSANDS of hands of black jack. I record my sessions for future reference and currently the dealer consistently statistically gets blackjack 5:1 against me. It is not random at all and they are clearly using software that steals your money. I have also noticed that on ignition ( I play poker here) that at every level of steaks there is a "player" that just cleans everyone out. It must be a bot and has knowledge BEFORE hand of what the final board will be. It makes called that are beyond ridiculous to make a hand and take your whole stack. They also NEVER ever respond to chat, comments, etc which is another indicator that it's a bot. Bottom line, they are stealing everyone's money and their sites are not legit at all.

It seems they have frozen a load of player accounts that have hammered them with big wins on bonuses by playing blackjack in a very similar style that casinos do not like. But seeing as they have no specific rules that bans any particular betting style, unlike most other casinos that do have specific bonus bet size limits or that outright ban blackjack, I can't see that they have a leg to stand on at the moment unless they can provide evidence that some other rule is being broken (eg multi-accounting or other fraud).
The jury is still out. I'll let everyone know as soon as I get a definitive answer.

I don't mean to sound rude as I am super appreciative of your help CL-Ed but calling them a "jury" implies that they are a group of peers who are seeking justice... I would love nothing more than normal folk to be presented the facts, but the reality is they can't provide any real evidence as I did nothing wrong.
To make matters worse, I was talking to someone who lost over 10k playing a very similar style(betting big) that cashed out 0. Of course he was not included in the investigation nor was he given back his money while they conduct mine.
I am curious what this style that they refer to, as I played a ton of games not just BJ, and while yes I bet 500$, I bet 500$ when I am not on bonus as well.
Since I KNOW they cannot provide any evidence of what you suggested in my case (Fraud or Multi-Accounting) do we have a game plan of how to proceed or at least a "Hard Date" that we can set.
I honestly think that the incredibly delay that they are doing is merely a tactic to diffuse the situation and make the player ultimately feel like they will be lucky to get paid and when and if they never announce a conclusion it's hard to take a hard lined response.
Thoughts on setting a hard date line? There is no chance they can provide any evidence in my case as there simply isn't any.
Wow, didn't know they were doing this to all kinds of people. I thought they were just F-ing with me. This is ridiculous. I also didn't do anything against the rules or terms of service and yet they are holding my cash. Is there any legal action I can take against them? or do I gotta go break some legs vinni? hahahha
Six months ago you would have been able to complain to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission which was their licensor and regulator. However at the end of 2016 Kahnawake cut loose any licensee that continued to accept U.S. players. At this point in time they aren't regulated by anyone so there is no offical third party complaints or dispute arbitration process that you can use. The reality is though that even if they were licensed, the only jurisdictions that would accept them due to their U.S. customers are jokes such as Curacao which are as good as not being licensed at all.
I say this only to illustrate that there isn't much of a recourse for anyone aside from going through the process with us or another willing intermediary. You could call in lawyers but then you'd have to pursue them wherever they are now legally incorporated which would be a difficult and probably expensive endeavour.
I'm in regular contact with them, and I am pressing for a resolution. I am unhappy with the glacial pace of their investigation. But hard deadlines aren't going to achieve anything so please bear with me while I continue trying.
