Tangiers Casino

Hi guys I won up to 70,000 on various slot machines on Tangiers Casino I've played it down and currently have $45,000 there! I recently discovered they have loyalty pay out system only allowing me $1000 a week I so far have had not seen even a 1000 it's still pending and I'm getting very nervous . Has anyone had any experience with this casino and can anyone suggest or advise me on what to do? These wins can and are life changing and I'm so dissapointed! My partner is a burns victim and needs work done on her body and we are ozzy battlers and we were elated and now it's anger and tears! I really do hope they come to the party even if it is a dismal $1000 a week!

We have had a recent thread about them. Honestly I don't like your chances of getting paid, especially that much money. They are basically what we call a rogue casino. More info here from other players that have been dudded by them:

Curiously it is all Aussies complaining so my guess is that they are heavily spamming Australians in the hope of picking up Australian customers that can't play at their regular casinos with the amendments to legislation happening here at the moment.

I'm really sorry you had to have this happen with this casino. I can almost predict how this will go. They will tell you they can pay faster if you only play a little more and get a higher VIP rating. Don't get sucked in to the trap though. Just push through the withdrawals and keep pestering them to pay you. Its pretty much the only thing you can do.

Hi again.. Just updating on the Tangiers situation as per usual they are delaying and sending me back and forth between accnt managers! Piss poor live chat ping pong! I have noticed last time I logged on that they have altered there site quite a lot they have some different games and they are not labeled pragmatic games but netent with a different look with three lightning symbols with a volatility rating! Also they have a new bar on your home page showing your vip rating with percentage! I played a couple of games last night and also applied for another withdrawal as the last attempt was again cancelled due to paper work that wasn't sent in which 100% already was ! I had to send details to support and then it was changed and instructed to send to accounts! Anyway see how this attempt goes I have both receipts and photos of the emails !
My Vip level was silver 36% last night and after playing and winning a further $7000 interestingly it was reset back to zero after my session!
It's not looking good! Considering approaching say A Current Affair not for financial assistance but to maybe spread the word and a prevent this happening to others and perhaps they may chase down some legal experts to investigate these rouge casinos ripping off Aussies! I'm going to nag and nag I don't care about the money but I'm going to ensure some sort of voice is heard and I hope I can surprise these crooks and back them off from our wallets and hearts and guts which they are tearing apart! The VIP level thing is a scam that they use to keep the payments to a minimum and to persuade people to keep playing more instead of withdrawing (like you're doing). The longer you play the more chance you will lose what you have won. I'd bet that no-one ever reaches the higher levels.

I tried this Tangiers Casino, 2 days ago.I deposited 25 and then 50 and asked the live chat to remove the bonus - which quite surprisingly they did.

I won 108 and I did not play more. My balance now is 58 and I checked the game reports etc and I am right that they manipulated my balance.

Shall I file a complaint with Curacao or it is useless?

I think some of the casinos from their group hurt so much and did not do justice to their members, and the service was also very low and unsatisfactory, whereas they provide a lot of games and interesting, I won some times from the freespin Bonus they gave me but none of them managed to withdraw, I feel treated not the same as players from other countries,
