Bitdouble.io

5 replies • Last post

Ok so here is my story
I registered at a bitcoin gambling site called Bitdouble its kind of like a roulette site for bitcoin and deposited 1mbtc , my registered email address for the account I think has been hacked because i cant access it even with my mobile number as recovery option and bitdouble wont let me withdraw my 10mbtc because i can not verify my email address is that fair , along with that support have been rude and my whole experience so far has been very bleak
can anyone advise me on how to resolve this ? any help will be appreciated

Bitdouble is the least of your worries if your email account has been hacked. I would sort that out first if I were you as it could be used to reset passwords on any other website that you have signed up for an account at (via "forgot my password" process).

As for Bitdouble I would have thought refunding to the same bitcoin address the deposit came from should be an acceptable solution.

I agree with CL-Ed. I haven't had any personal experiences with them but they should be able to refund you to the same address you used.

Alas fellow fellow gamblers I come with joyful news 🍸 i successfully recovered my account today and it was compromised I saw unknown devices logged in the account but i have beefed up the security now so all is well , in regards to Bitdouble though I played the funds back as I had lost hope but its cool I am just happy to have recovered the Google account , just got to secure all my e wallet and casino account passwords now :\

That is good news. Make sure you turn on 2 factor authentication on your gmail so that if someone tries to hack in they need your phone as well. Remember your email account is the most valuable thing because it can be used to reset passwords on every other site you signed up at with that email.

And it would be a good idea to check other sites that use that email address and change their passwords just to be safe.
