Was assured repeatedly that I WOULD be paid ASAP by Slot Madness but after weeks of waiting and even opening up a bank account at a bank that took DIRECT wire transfers I still have $0.00 of the $4000.00 they took out of my account! Has anyone out there EVER received a dime from SLOT MADNESS??? Avoid them like the plague! My 1st request was for $1500 the middle of August and the 24th of August a manager removed $1500 from my account....Never saw a dime of that and today is the 26th of October. Then on August 31st I requested $2500 of my winnings be sent to me. 3 weeks later on the 21st of September a manager AGAIN stole the money from my account and I have yet to receive a penny of it. Was told repeated by "Robyn" that I WOULD receive it and that the payout department was behind in getting out the payments. She asked if my bank would accept DIRECT overseas transfers and after finding out they did not I open an account at a bank that did. After giving "Robyn" all the direct transfer info she once again assured me that everything was in order and I would be paid ASAP. Weeks later I have received NOTHING! Reviews said they were making a "turn around".....they are NOT!

Should they FINALLY step up to the plate, like they make it's players do, I will update this subject!

The owners of this one have been ripping people off for more than a decade now. The principle owner established his first group of casinos shortly after being released from jail in the United States for a fraud conviction in the late 90s.

We have more info about them on our blacklist here. They are right at the top in the first two entries.

You can try submitting a complaint to Central Dispute Systems which is an intermediary set up by RTG (the software company that makes the games that this casino uses) to help players in disputes with their licensees. But I must warn you that in my experience they don't usually do anything. Its worth a try though. This link is for specifically filing a complaint about Slot Madness.

Unfortunately I have to agree with CL-Ed. I have seen dozens of complaints against this casino and it seems like they dont care about their customers at all so I wouldn't have high hopes.

Thanks for the info and the links. Filled out the form using IE and sent a ton of info however every time I hit submit I got a completely "blank" page so I have no idea if it was submitted or confirmation of it being submitted. I repeated it several times and always with the same result. Was I to see anything else or perhaps receive an email confirmation? I'll give it 24 hrs to see what happens! Again thanks!

I don't know, you will just have to wait and see. I would have thought they would send you an email confirmation of your submission or something similar. Though from what I have seen of CDS before I would not be surprised if the process doesn't work at all!

UPDATE on SLOT MADNESS CASINO!!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that a couple of days ago I DID receive a wire transfer of over $2500 from SLOT MADNESS CASINO. It did take a while, BUT, they did come through with a large portion of what I was due. I will update again when/if I receive the balance due me! Thanks CL-Ed for your support! FYI I never did receive anything from CDS for confirmation. Should I notify them too of the payment or leave as is because they never acknowledged me?

Your Welcome and yes I received a good portion of what was owed me. The total came to $4000 and I received $2680 of it....I have sent a msg to them inquiring about the balance owed, but that was sent last Thursday and I haven't heard from them yet! But I was thrilled to receive a portion of it. Will keep you posted!

Well SLOT MADNESS DID NOT pay me the balance owed and it's been over 60 days since the money was withdrawn from my account. I have sent multiple inquiries and received NO RESPONSES what so ever from them. They still owe me over $1300 and are on the TOP of my BAD LIST! I should count my blessings I received anything, but their TOTAL lack of response to more than a dozen emails says it all! IF, by some miracle, they step up to the plate I'll be back with an update!

No I sure didn't! Never received and acknowledgment of my complaint either!!! Absolutely nothing from them! It's a shame there's not some international policing of these sites. I'm sure they make plenty of $$ to be up front with the players. Waiting on another bad one to pay me...will have to see about that one too! Thanks for asking!

Oh, wow. This is just wrong. How fun to win that much and for them to not pay the total owed is not excusable in the least. Sorry you had to go through that.

We all need some big wins at a reputable casino.

Thanks for the comments Hope777. I consider myself VERY fortunate to have received almost $2800 of the $4000 owed me. But who knows...it took them 61 days the last time and tomorrow is the 61st day. Now if I can only get my 2K from Planet 7 all will be well. It's been almost a month...I'll try calling tomorrow!

Wow, It is surprising and very nice that you got the withdrawal from Slot Madness.
If you want to play NuWorks software, you must choose BuzzLuck or Lucky Club Casino from now on.

Hi Coolsongss,

Funny you should mention Planet 7....back at the beginning of Sep I had put in for a $2K withdrawal. Three days later they withdrew the $$ from my account and then the wait began. At least once a week I sent msg's inquiring as to where my $$ was. Finally, about 3 weeks ago they assigned "Antonio" to the account (fact or coincidence as I am in San Antonio,TX) LOL who said all my paperwork was in order and a check had been approved in the amount of $1828 on 11/08/16 and he was going to "escalate" the process! I received that msg on 12/4/16, then for several weeks I heard nothing so I rattled the tree again and then on 12/24/16 I received this msg "This is Abraham with Planet 7 Casino. We apologize for the delay Mr Steven, your payment has been sent out on 12/21 $1783 + $40, you will be provided with the tracking number once it is available." I ALMOST FAINTED! So although I "have not" received the check yet it does appear as though I am going to get one. I shall post more as it become available!!! And yes! THIS is at PLANET 7
