casinocashpalace refuses to pay withdrawal

17 replies • Last post

hi everybody,

i am new to this forum and really hope for some help/advice, anything you can offer is greatly appreciated. I registered about 5 months ago with CasinoCashPalace, made several deposits, got some great bonusses. All was good, untill i tried to withdrawal. After a lengthy KYC procedure i have been promised to get paid many times by chat and email, but they just dont do it. It has been 6 weeks ago since i requested my withdrawal, everytime they say: its going to be paid soon, just be patient, any moment, asap etc etc. They even gave me concrete dates but didnt keep them.

What can i do? all advice is welcome.

Hi riaanvv and welcome to Casinolistings! Unfortunately I have no withdrawal experience with them, I have only played with a free chip. Do they say any reason to why you should be so patient and why the withdrawal hasn't been processed already? Obviously this is bizarre as there shouldn't be any reason to delay cashout. I don't really know what to say, but CL-Ed will maybe be able to help with advice. I would definitely keep fighting for the money. Good luck!

riaanvv, I've never heard of this one before. I took a quick look at the site and found the following:

Quote:

1.3. Casino Cash Palace is Licensed and authorized by the Government of Curacao

This is false. If you click on their licensing seal at the footer of their page it goes here where it says:

Quote:

AntillePhone Licence Verification

Trading Name: Katan Kapital Entertainment N.V. (license 8048/2014-013)
Address: Curacao, CW
Email: info at gaminglicences .com
Website: casinocashpalace .com; aztecfortune .com

E-GAMING LICENCE STATUS: REVOKED

I don't know what you have to do to have Curacao revoke your license as they let just about anyone get away with anything there so long as they pay the licensing fee. So it may be nothing more than they stopped paying. But still, they should not be claiming to be licensed when they aren't.

Quote:

3.6. If you win USD $10,000 or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten to twenty four installments (paid monthly), until the full amount is paid out.

This means that they don't have much money to pay winners. If you win just $10,000 they are potentially going to pay you no more than $420 per month for two years. Is this a casino or a joke run by some kid in their basement?

Pragmatic Play games, which used to be known as TopGame who have an awful reputation... enough said.

Their banking page lists deposit methods and lists all the upper limits as €500000. Call me skeptical but I can't see how anyone is going to be able to make a €500000 Visa deposit.

I'm sorry to say that this is not looking good. It has many of the signs of a cheap and undercapitalised (if not outright rogue) casino. I'll send you a PM and if you forward me some details I will try contacting them for you. But I am not very confident that we'll be able to do anything here.

Thanks for the insight CL-Ed. I had no clue that they were so bad, I played there last year and it seemed to be fine, but then again- I wasn't making a withdrawal..

thanks guys for the replies (CL-Ed, wish i would have asked you before 😉). I have kept the chat transcripts and the emails. They are all very apologetic and they reassure everytime they are going to pay (we will pay asap, whe are working on your payment now, you should receive it within a few days, etc etc, for 7 weeks!!), but simply dont do it. the disputed amount is 533 dollar by the way.

I've sent these guys a couple of emails. Hopefully they will reply.

I just noticed another odd thing about their website. Down in the bottom corner of the window they have a "GlobeSSL Extended Validation" seal which indicates that they have SSL protection. But looking up at the address bar they aren't using SSL at all. Mousing over the seal shows a warning message and clicking it brings up a popup page that says that the domain or URL is invalid and not protected. It is strange because if they were completely faking it they would have just used an image instead of linking to the seal provider to verify the seal which shows everyone that it isn't valid. Putting HTTPS in front of their domain name does not work so they don't have SSL at all. Maybe they used to have SSL but stopped paying the bills?

Oh wow this just gets worse. As I expected you can login and register without SSL so there is no protection for your personal information and password etc as it is all transmitted across the web in the clear.

I found that the website is running using Wordpress of all things, which is a potential security hazard. But even worse is that they are several versions out of date. Logging in to the casino with the username "test" and password "test" works, though there is no money in the account!

I tried the live chat and someone answered, albeit after a long time. So it is not completely on auto pilot. I'm having a lovely chat with them now, trying to get an email address out of them.

From all I have seen I can state with certainty that these guys are grossly unprofessional and nobody should be playing at this casino.

Hi CL-Ed, thanks again for your time and investigation, I wrote an email to the casino and explained that if they refused to pay, i would post it in a forums like CasinoListings. They told me several times in the past week that i should receive payment at any moment, now this is the reply i got:

Quote:

Dear ,

We hope you are very well, at this time we have some technical issues that we need to fix asap in order to reestablish the normal operation of our Casino, we are working on that in order to have all the legal entity as in the past.

I´ll kindly recommend you that be patience in order to receive your payment, we cannot transfer any funds to any account at the moment, but as we promised, you´ll be paid in one or two months. We truly apologize for this big delay.

If you choose to act in the way you mentioned, it´s up tu you and we ´ll take our actions.

Please, understand that we need to fix some things before send your money, and as we promised, we´ll pay you, no doubt about it.

Thank you very much

Wow. Once again, is this a casino or a joke run by some kid in their basement? I'm leaning towards the latter.

Even if they do have licensing issues or technical or any other problems, there should be no problem paying players who withdraw. There is no excuse whatsoever. They either can't or don't want to pay, it's as simple as that.

Well that is a thinly veiled threat if I have ever seen one.

hi all, a quick update, not sure whether to laugh or cry, but this is a new low in my dealings with casinos. Eventhough i m fairly new to this, I am simply shocked by the way this plays out. Anyway, i got an email yesterday from [email protected], title is 'neteller payment from casino'.

Quote:

Hi (Firstname),

I write you by this method because I work in the shadows, you have been threatening a Casino, they are fixing some issues in order to pay you.

I want to be very clear with you f***ing berk, you have two choices, one it´s to wait peaceful to get paid without doing your stupid things or the second and the most stupid (as you are) is threatening them and write everywhere your bull***t, if you choose this way, we are in WAR, we have your address, and everything about you f***ing piece of s***.

The choice it´s yours, thing twice, after the next stupid action from your side, no way back from our side. We are not afraid to anything f***ing red neck & motherf***er.

I´ll be watching you very close!

I had emailed the casino before that I was very patient with them for a long time, but felt obligated to share the way they treated me publicly, in order to make sure no other persons where treated the way I was, and this was the response I got.

A common method is to create fake threats as a scare tactic. A lot of the times, it's far easier to scare someone into action or inaction than it is any other way. They didn't want to get themselves involved with a third-party site that has a more publicity and power over them. Hence, the best method is to scare you into thinking. Once you begin thinking, you're paranoid and might wimp out, but just remember that they can't do anything. You hold the reins.

Yes I would not be worried. It is hot air from an anonymous tough guy keyboard warrior.

All it shows is that they are at the bottom of a hole and they don't know when to stop digging.

Ha that is a good find. Its amazing what Google can dig up! This is what it translates to:

Quote:

SELL 10% OF ONLINE CASINO $ 1 MILLION PESOS WITH INTERNATIONAL LICENSE.

Looks like a Mexican newspaper so $1m pesos is roughly USD $53,000. That values the casino at over half a million dollars, which is laughable based on the evidence we've seen. I think its more likely that its basically worthless and they need a cash injection to pay players.
