grande vegas casino does not want to pay my winnings, they gave me a bad check

i played at grande vegas and won 778. i recievd a check and turned out to be bad. they are giving me the run around and stalling to pay me.
it s been since july 29. 2016. please help me get my winnings.

they told me i could cancel chceck for 250, now they dont even acknowledge that

save your money do not deposit at grande vegas ,if you win, they will send you a bad check, then stall and prolong your payment, and ignore you. thats what is being done to me, i won 778, and got a bad check now they want me to return the check and prolong my payment even longer, they also sd last week i could cancel check for fee of250 and request a new payout, now they just dont want to acknowledge that they keepignorning me, i thuoght this casino was awesome until now, ive had this problemsince july 29, 2016..

lorenalulu, I know you feel like you're being robbed but please try to calm down. Grande Vegas are part of the generally well regarded Jackpot Capital / Intertops group of casinos and aren't in the business of deliberately issuing bad checks.

It can happen though due to the difficulty associated with paying U.S. based players. Typically the payment is made through a third party payment processing company, not directly from the casino. So a bounced check does not indicate that the casino itself has run out of money, though it probably does indicate a problem with whatever payment processor they are using.

First off, don't agree to a $250 fee. If the check was bad they will have to reissue another or pay you another way and you should not be charged a fee at all. This can take some time though as they need to cross-check everything with the payment processor. CL-Ed gave you really good advice. Just be patient too as if this case is a little more complicated, it will take time, as payment teams usually don't work on the weekends etc and it makes all payment processes longer. I am quite sure that everything will be alright at the end as Grande Vegas isn't a bad casino. Just be patient and follow CL-Ed's advice. And believe me, your case hasn't taken even a month while I once won at Lucky Spins (before they shut down) and after over a month of bad support and delays I managed to receive my money. Keep fighting Smile

Youre right they took care of it . I take everyhing back . Everyone who like gaming i recommend grande vegas its my favoritw casino and will continue to play here.

Palace of chance also did me wrong did my post post? Manager had approved my winnings and even sent me numerous emails asking for my bank info for bank wire , yesterday they totally denied my winnings. I have emails live chats conversatioms w them , had me waiting for my bank wire amd now i get nothing.

They is one that I definitely can't help you with. They are part of the Virtual Casino group, are owned by a convicted fraudster, and have been ripping people off for at least a decade. They are #1 on our blacklist page. Sorry.
