Casumo Casino

6 replies • Last post

I have had some trouble with Casumo.
Ones i hit the mega Jackpot for over 10.000.000 euro and got 10 euro in winnings. i contacted the support and they told me that they would check in to it. After several days i had to contact them again to see what was happening and they just told me that it was an optical error???
I have aslo hit the Midi Jackpot 2 times and got the same respons from support.

If you are playing at this casino make sure to film when you get in to your bonus rounds Erm

is there anything i can do to make them check this up to make sure its in fact an "optical error?

That is an extraordinary claim. Which game were you playing at the time?

If it is a huge jackpot like that then it is usually held and controlled by the software provider that manufactures the game. Casumo itself (or any other casino with that jackpot) has no control over the game and cannot prevent you from winning or change the result.

I was playing Mega Moolah, and i know it is the game provider that control the winnings.
Dont get me wrong...the one time i did cash out at Casumo there was no problem, but i find it strange that i can hit the mega Jackpot one time and midi jackpot twice and its all an optical error ??

I have the log from Casumo support telling me that it is what it is.
Seems to easy just to blame it on an error and dont even call to explain it for the player?

That is amazing. So you saw the animation and got a message saying that you won the jackpot, but they told you it was a mistake and you didn't win? Did you take screenshots?

No, i hit the withe area on the bonus wheel that is the mega jackpot, what i did get in winning was a mini jackpot. I didn't take a screenshot because you do not get the time to do this before the screen changes and the wheel is gone, all you see from there is what you have won in amount and not the bonus wheel.
And as i said before this has happened twice on midi jackpot also, if i play at this casino i always use my phone to record the bonus round now Smile

That is a good idea to record it if it has happened more than once to you. I'm afraid there isn't much you can do until you have some evidence to back up what you are saying.

Technically it is possible for the animation to not match the result, as the result is usually decided on the server before you even spin the wheel. The animation is just for show. So if the casino looks up the results in the game logs on their server all they will see is midi jackpot win or similar, and they won't be able to tell what you saw on your computer.

I know that's not going to make you feel much better. If the same thing happened to me I would be very upset.

I read this and I was shocked, I play at Casumo all the time and haven't had any problems. Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for you as CL-Ed has said some valid points. But I would probably still try to talk with their customer service.
