I have never come across this casino before. It isn't even in our database, in which we have about three times as many casinos as we have actually reviewed. If you use the Wayback Machine at archive.org you can see that the domain has only recently had a casino website put on it earlier this year. So it is a very new casino.

There is no way that "finance is overwhelmed with withdrawals" because hardly anyone has heard of or played at this casino. No, my guess is that they have so few players bringing money in that they cannot afford to pay you. It is a Rival "white-label" casino which usually means alarm bells. Most Rival white-labels are underfunded casinos run by cheapskates who should not be in the casino business.

I took a look at their T&Cs for you. Overall they read like something that was written in another language (probably French) and translated to English using Google or other machine translator. It is full of odd words that no English speaker ever uses. Throughout the operator refers to itself as "The casino", "We", "The operator" etc without once ever revealing a real name or a company name associated with the casino. I can't find any evidence that it is licensed anywhere. Apart from that I identified a few other things that should tell you a lot more about this casino:

Even though they have an "18+" graphic on every page, they have a rather higher than normal age restriction which I have not seen anywhere before:

Quote:

1. Play on the casino VegasFiesta™ is limited to adults over the age of twenty-five

but on their FAQ page:

Quote:

To play, you must have the minimum legal age in your country of residence. In France, you must be over 18 years.

They drastically limit the amount that you can win from a bonus:

Quote:

f. Special Bonus – all 200% bonus or more, any cashback bonus of 100% or more will be considered as special bonus and will be limited to a maximum of 3 times withdrawal of the deposit amount.

Ridiculously slow withdrawal processing times:

Quote:

ii. Players can submit their withdrawal request at any time. The approval time can take seven to eighteen (7-18) business days from the date of authorization corresponding to when the process was completed successfully.

Tiny withdrawal limits. The most you can withdraw at one time is €250! Also apparently this limit both does and does not apply to progressive jackpot wins at the same time.

Quote:

ix. Unless otherwise stated, and although there are no upper limits to cashable gains, the casino draws a maximum withdrawal limit based on the VIP level of the players. For withdrawals above the monthly threshold, payments are made in installments until the entire amount is paid. This threshold does not apply to progressive jackpot. Players are allowed to withdraw up to 250 Euros per request. If the amount the player wishes to withdraw is greater than 250, the remainder is left on the account. Once the first withdrawal approved, a player may submit a new application for withdrawal of the money remaining on his account. A player has the right to cancel the withdrawal request at any time while it is still ongoing. This rule also applies to withdrawals of progressive jackpots.

There are a lot of warning signs there that should be heeded. VegasFiesta is not a serious casino run by a professional operator. It appears to be unlicensed and is deliberately set up to take advantage of naive players. As such there is no official regulator that you can really take your case to. I'll try contacting them to see if they respond to me but I think you're most likely going to be on your own with this one. All I can suggest is to keep emailing them every day, don't make threats, and just keep at it.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you find this casino?

Hi, Silaszeus,

It is sad to know about your withdrawal problem. And from the CL-Ed's comments, this casino should fall in Rogue category.

I hope that your deposit was not big.

And if you want to play Rival slots, there are a few trusted casinos which are bigger and provide together with many other softwares. I think that there are not many casinos.

As I know, Videoslots casino and SlotsMillion casino provide Rival slots.

Good Luck !!!

I'm sorry Anders. I'll let you know if they respond to me.

But in future, please don't respond to offers that come through your email from casinos that you have never played at before. I often wonder why dodgy casinos (and other people too) send spam, but obviously as you can attest it works. Don't reward them for doing it, it only encourages them to do it more.

Thank you for your input coolsongss ,I won't be using any gambling sites in the future without using this site first,I stand to lose around £400 in deposits which is a fair amount for me ,I'm rather worried now that I sent personal documents to this site including card details so I guess i should cancel that card a get a new one for sure .,not happy but I can only blame myself ,I hope this spreads the word about this site ,please stay away ..

Well there still giving me the run around ,it's obvious they have no intention of paying ,Wednesday came and went then they said it would be Fri the 1st and that my money had already been processed and would be in my account that night ,I questioned this on chat as my account was still showing all reversible withdrawals but they insisted it had been processed even though I could see it hadn't
So still no payement, just lies after lies ,I wonder what excuse I get today because I'm not giving up !

Hello, Silas,

It is quite surprising and good to hear that they responded to you, anyway.
Probably, you didn't violate any of their T&Cs, so that there is no easier way for them to reject your withdrawal and close your account.

Don't get too anxious. Keep asking regularly like once a week and see their response.

Good Luck !!!

Yeah I definitely haven't Breached the terms ,I met the wagering on a bonus which was ridiculously high 100X I think ,they probably don't expect anyone to meet that ,anyway another thing is that my withdrawals are £200 less than what I actually cashed in ,I can only assume that this is because of some of the bonus money deducted.
The people on chat seem to contradict each other
,I'm wondering if there in on the scam as well or are innocent employees?? Just don't know who to trust but today there still saying my withdrawals are being processed.

Oh, I see. Probably, Live Chat doesn't know anything regarding your withdrawal. Did you get the email from their Cashier, or Finance Department regarding this issue ? If yes, then, I suppose that at least they are considering about it - how to reject your withdrawal, wait for her to reverse it, or like give $50 only closing your account, something like that.

I had two terrible experiences when I started online gambling. I understand your situation fully.

My issues actually were solved here in CL, at that time that there happened to be the Casino Representative (from a rogue casino though Joking who eventually arranged my withdrawal to be paid. It took totally well over 6 months.

But, I don't know what to say about this case. Just stay calm and keep contacting them.

And update this post please.

I've actually received emails from both finance and chat but late yesterday I got an email from finance saying they had actually cashed my withdrawals and they would be in my account in 48 hours,I immediately went on the site to see if there were still reversible withdrawals only to see they were gone so sounds like good news I think ,
I will update soon hopefully with good news .

Oh, yes, if you got the response from Finance Department like that and you don't see yours in the cashier any more, some good news can be coming, as I think.

Fingers crossed for you !!! Smile

Hi

I have experienced the same issue, I deposited £60 on this site and met all the wagering requirements for my withdrawal of £200 it has been a month now with no success of seeing money, I have emailed every week with no reply I go onto chat and they just tell me they can't discuss it with me that for the finance team who do not reply to any of my messages. What out for this site there quick to take your money but be warned you won't receive your withdrawal, your lucky to get an email. Attachment show screen shot of chat saying it was going to be processed but once again they were lieing. Don't not deposit on this site
