This site is blacklisted. Be careful with this site, I was waiting for my withdrawal couple of months and in the end they won't pay me.

Same here, I won at both sites 2 months ago they '\repeatedly sent email saying my documents were incomplete....I resent on the 3rd try I get an email 2 weeks ago saying everything was complete and my money was on it's way. Today I received an email stating they were missing information.
At that point I'm ready to give up and chalk it up as a valuable lesson. Lincoln and Winaday are the best I will play at nowhere else. Best of luck to you

Yes, the same situation to me . They were saying that documents information was incomplete, I had send it couple of times but in the end it hadn't been approved...

Have been waiting on my payout since April 15th, as soon as I get my money. I am going to close all accounts

If you read the other postings, your only option is to nag nag nag! Don't let up and keep pestering them! It'll pay off....Cools Cats sounds like one of those 6 months + casinos and in that time they hope the person forgets all about it....Not a chance!

Yeah, very surprising that some players are eventually getting their money even in a long time.
Maybe, they are paying some proactive players like you and few more.

So, people should avoid them, but if they got in the trouble without knowing about them, then they should stick hard to them 🙂

I would like to comment on planet 7. I won a jackpot and withdrew $850 and they they never gave me the money. In the mean time they marked my account. Planet 7 is a crooked casino and cool cato did the same thing and closed my account and of course I did not get my money. I lived in Reno NV for eleven years and I worked at one of the biggest casinos and I worked with the high rollers and trust me that do not happen as much as you would think. So my point is is some of them are dishonest and they do things that normal casinos would not do. They are crooked and they do things that are illegal and just plain not right!

They also have a group of casinos that are the same.

I want it to be known that Irishman guy has been posting claims about getting paid out from a lot of different RTG rogued casinos. I am in the same boat, been waiting for my APPROVED withdrawal since May of 2017. This Irishman guy I believe to paid to post. Been APPROVED for qithdrawal since May of 2016 this is a typical cool cat casino conversation. And I have deposited a sum of 1740 dollars into this casino. But many in the industry know his name and don't forget.

Unfortunately since they aren't regulated or accountable to any proper jurisdiction all we can do is keep warning people to stay away from their casinos.
