Cool Cat Casino and Planet 7 Withdrawals

48 replies • Last post

I have been waiting over a month for payment info from these two casinos. The withdrawals was approved. Seems like I'm getting the run around now. I'm a newbie. Will I ever receive payment?

I have never played at those two casinos as my country is restricted to play there. However, I would recommend you to check more information about casinos before depositing, as these both have been blacklisted in many sites for delayed payments etc. I would recommend to keep trying to get your money, but after that- be as far away from them as possible.

Oh, I am sorry to say this, but you chose wrong casinos.
As I know, there are 50~60 RTG casinos. And roughly 20 casinos are sheery rogue, and another 20 are poorly operated or having some problems like very slow payment.

CoolCat and Planet 7 fall in sheerly rogue.

This kind of situation could happen and never be solved for you. I would tell you that you should forget about it.

And I hope that your deposit was not big.

Good Luck.

Yes, blck and coolsongss are on the money. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. The casinos you mention are owned by an ex-con and playing there is a double gamble. They might pay you eventually if you hang in there and keep pestering them. But I would not count on it.

Check our blacklist page - they are among the two groups at the top of the list for years of repeated rip-offs and other dodgy conduct.

Ok....I finally got paid from Planet 7. I initiated a $2000 withdrawal on Sep 16th of last year and I was informed after numerous emails and phone conversations that everything had been approved and the info was forwarded to the disbursement section to issue me a check. This was the beginning of Dec 2016! On the 24th of Dec I received an email saying the check had been mailed on the 22nd of Dec and as soon as the carrier picked it up I would be furnished a tracking number. On Jan 19th, 2017 I received the tracking number from Planet 7 stating that FedEx would be delivering the check the following day and low and behold it did indeed arrive. It was in the amount of $1783.08 and drawn on a Canadian Bank against US dollars. I deposited it into my Wells Fargo Account and had the full amount available the next business day! So, though Planet 7 is on the Black List and yes it did take a mere 4 months to receive my winnings, I DID receive them!! Just thought I would let others know. It was a sizeable chunk of change and took a while but they did come through so all I can say is that if you're a player and they owe you $$ then keep after them and be patient, it might just pay off as mine did!

Congratulations Irishman54, that is like having a double win! But geez $217 (presumably in fees) taken from your withdrawal is a disgrace.

LOL! Apparently they don't refund the bonus $$ they gave you to start with. If I subtracted that and the $40 they paid FedEx it came out right...I was just ecstatic to have finally received it. I think they're trying but they sure did drag their feet on expediting the payment!

I thought that would raise a few eyebrows fer sure! Have to admit there were times I told them that if they weren't going to send it to me to just put it back into my account. Never got a response to those emails...LOL. But I kept referencing the same ticket number they generated at the beginning and for the most part received responses to my inquires!

I've been trying to collect my winnings from Cool Cats Casino since the middle of Nov. 2016. I have been more than patient and don't know what to do next. I deposited $50usd won $1580.00usd made a withdrawal request in the amount of $1550.00usd, faxed, and emailed the requested documents. I Spoke with multiple representatives and managers (I emailed myself copies of several of my conversations with them for records) and I am always getting the same answers. "We apologize for this mam and please bear with us. I've escalated your request. Please check back in 5-7 business days" or "your request has been escalated and will be taken care of in 7-10 business days". Needless to say the problem is still a problem. Everything has been approved according to Cool Cats reps apparently they just can't find their outgoing mailbox to mail me my check. What can I do? I've attached a screen shot of just one of my conversations with them

Sherrie, there isn't a lot you can do apart from what you are already doing, as they aren't licensed or regulated by any legitimate authority that can compel them to pay.

I'm shaking my head at Finn's reference to the "payments spreadsheet". This is an organisation running 10+ casinos that have been operating (and ripping people off) for over a decade and they somehow have a spreadsheet involved in payments instead of an automated system. WTF? I know they are conmen and rogues, but it seems I overestimated the professionalism of their operation.

Ah, it is very bad to see the conversations with them.
They are just a criminal to be punished.

Sherrie,

I can certainly relate to the frustration you're feeling! As you can read above it took 6 months to get my money from Planet 7 and before that was Slot Madness, both of which are on the "bad" list. I was persistent and did the same thing you're doing and that's call, email, and keep referencing the ticket number. I got all the same replies, but persistence will pay off...it may take a while, but keep at it and let us know when and if they come through. Just know before hand that they deduct whatever your bonus was from your winnings and send the balance so it won't be exactly what you requested IF you used one of their coupon bonus's! Right now I'm waiting on POSH Casino for a $1500 direct deposit. So far they've been really great in responding immediately when they needed some more info for the wire transfer. I just checked last week and was given the date everything was approved and was told they have 7-10 business days from that date, which the 10th day happens to be tomorrow 4/11. I'll write something up on them when/if I receive it! For the amount of $$ you have coming I wouldn't give up...not a chance....they take my $$ very quickly and I expect the same when I happen to get "hot" on a rare night. I don't care if it's $100....I'll nag 'em to death if I have to! LOL Good Luck and let us know!

emoyu123,

If your request is of any sizeable amount my suggestion is keep at 'em, and at 'em, and at 'em!! It may take a while but persistence can pay off....mine did after 6 months of nagging....once a week they would get a nasty from me and always the same response! If my only recourse was to nag 'em to death, then I was going to do it BIG TIME! So keep at it and let us know how things turn out! Giving up was never an option for me! LOL

Ah CRAP! I am having trouble with Prism casino which I see is run by the same gang as cool cat. I won $3500.00 ten days ago and am getting the complete "runaround" about verifying my documents. Same story everyday... Multiple e emails and live chats( they don't answer their phone ) re-sending over and over again my proof of residency..after reading the above comments I'm worried that I'm never going to see my winnings. Ugghhhh. At least i only spent $30 though!

Ok...NOW I'm getting worried I will not see my winnings from PRISM casino. On April 4th 2017' I won $3504.37 ....after a full week of trying to get my documents accepted (what a pain) I requested $2500.00. Their terms say 7-10 for approval so i started checking after 9 days.... I was told to check back in a week. I did. No update check back in 2 or 3days. I did. No update. All the live chat people say everything looks fine but they are completely ignoring my emails and won't answer their phone.
Also prior to this win coincidentally I won $3500.00 playing with bonus free money so I submitted a withdrawal and was approved for $100.00..the max on bonus play. That was on Apr 12th the same day I submitted the $2500.00 request. Still haven't seen that check.
And finally after my last live chat I was told to go ahead and request the remaining $1000.00 which I did.
The only thing I ever get from them now is their "form letters" saying a rep. will get in touch with me in 1 day. Yeah right!
I've NEVER won this much before and I'm getting that sick feeling I won't see a penny. I made two deposits of $30.00 each so I'm not out a bunch but still....

Prism Casino is owned and operated by the same people so you're right to be concerned Jaz45. I can only suggest to keep pestering them and following up and keep your fingers crossed.

Update on $2500 withdrawal...on Monday May 1st, after REPEATED pestering and emailing,I was notified that a "managers withdrawal" for $83 had been deducted from the $ 2500. So I looked and it was no longer "pending" The statement shows check APPROVED for $2417.00 ! I really hope they're not toying with my emotions on this! But from the way it looks now I think I might get paid! Fingers crossed gang!!

Update: WOOHOOO!!! After 6 weeks of constant pestering, calling and Emails I FINALLY got paid in full $2517.00!!! Only gripe is I couldn't get paid by check or wire transfer, due to restrictions by my state, but I was paid in bitcoin. Never dealt with bitcoin before but it seems OK. Persistence pays off gang! Best of luck to all!!

Great news Jaz45, glad to hear you got your money in the end. And if you haven't converted that Bitcoin back to USD yet then you've probably made a profit on it already at the rate that keeps appreciating in value.
